Cadillac of Dublin ended up doing all of the repairs to the Jeep at no charge to us. It was a situation where one part failed and it snowballed causing multiple issues. Cadillac of Dublin did the right thing and took care of all of the repairs for us when technically/legally they were not required to do so. It is so refreshing to have a dealership do the right thing. The whole staff is very nice from sales to service. Cadillac of Dublin took care of us big time. On initial contact I got good service from both Dave & Jason. They answered my questions and didn't pressure me. I ended up buying the vehicle. I drove it two times and it still had the gas in it from them and the check engine light came on. I had it scanned and knew the problem. I emailed Jason and then later Dave to see if they would at least look at it. NOTHING. Neither responded. Now I know they didn't legally HAVE to do this, but having a car for 4 days and having an issue already is a bad sign and I thought maybe they would have some integrity and help me out. I was WRONG. Once you buy- they will ghost you- they are done with you once they get your money. Just be aware of that. Upon looking at other reviews (which i did not see originally) they kind of have some shady dealings with others too.
