Service was pleasant and knowledgeable about most menu items. This is primarily a whiskey bar, so keep that in mind when ordering cocktails. I loved the Citrus Kiss but wasn't a fan of the Blackberry Smash -- not that it was bad, just not my taste, so I passed it to someone else in our group. We shared the monkey bread, fries sampler, steak and cheese dumplings, chicken rigatoni, and salmon caprese. The rigatoni was a hit for one person at the table, but wasn't for me -- so I asked to swap it for the salmon, which was excellent. What earns this place five stars is not the ambiance, though stunning, but it is the service. No pushback, no awkward looks about the swap, and no extra charge. We all make mistakes when ordering, and I genuinely appreciated that the staff handled it graciously without complaint or an added fee. For that reason -- and the quality of the food -- I'll absolutely be back and would highly recommend it.

This is a great place to hangout. The food is also very good. You have to try the Drunken Meatloaf. The smoke gouda tomato bisque is just amazing. I do recommend you ask them to separate the grilled cheese sandwich. Super big kudos to Rafael, our server. Even though they were busy he took care of us and was very attentive.

He indicated a row of available high tops , and quickly gave us a menu, a rundown of the happy hour specials, and took our drink order. throughout our time there he checked in on us frequently. his service was wonderful. The food was fairly good, my club sandwich was fresh, stacked and came with a curly version of steak fries, perfectly cooked. the shrimp appetizer was well sauced, and a fairly good deal the night we came it was line dancing nite, there was a lively crowd, beginners to experts, and it seemed very inviting. the range of ages participating went from young to senior. it was nice to see the mix. The bathrooms are single user, and on that night they were very dirty, papers on the floor. other elements of the building also look a bit worn, but not down to "dive bar" levels. We will return!

Games that give you more tickets cost a little bit more in credits but on average it's probably around 5-6 credits per game. Unfortunately when we were there some of the machines were down and some that weren't supposed to be down were malfunctioning with pieces to the game not entirely working or simply taking credits from your card but not letting you play so be wary of those. Other than that, the exchangeable prizes are probably one of the better ones I've seen among all the arcades I've been to. I was able to get a lava lamp out of a few games and I love my lava lamp. Uptown Alley also has a sports bar and a bowling alley. Though my husband and I didn't really get to try them, they are there if you don't wanna do arcade but want to drink and/or maybe bowl with your friends. It's also situated in the mall so you can walk around the mall if you want. It stays open late even after the rest of the mall closes!

When we arrived, our server, Nick, ask us whether we were first timers and we said we were. He explained the concept of a table top tavern to us and helped us select a game to play while we waited for dinner. I ordered the Captain Horatio, hamburger double smash patty and my wife ordered the Monte Cristo. The burger was delicious, and the onions and sauce made it something special. The Monte Cristo was flavorful and so big that she could only eat half along with the sweet potato fries that came with it. For dessert, my wife had ice cream, and I had their cheesecake. The cheesecake was as good as any I have tasted. I strongly suggest that you make your way to old town, Manassas and visit Crossroads often. There are nightly game nights and other events that will surely make this a place that I will return to time and time again.

I won't give them too much flack, since they're a one off business, but I do wish they had portion sizes that were a teensy bit bigger, similar to what they had a year or two ago. Also, my friends and I miss this one pasta that was SUPER good but was taken off the menu ~2022-23.
