I came on valentines day I Really love the donuts and the atmosphere, I would have give them 5 starts but the girl assisting me was not very pleasant. She seemed in a bad mood and when I asked what was inside the breakfast burrito she didn't answer and just pointed at the menu. Also when I order my dozen of donuts she didn't seem very patient. I felt rushed and I asked about the donuts on the dolly and she said they were not available. I will give this place another try maybe next time I get greeted better. read more

As much as I love doughnuts here, I think I've had my last visit today. Every time I come here the girls at the counter are rude and have no personality. I have always worked in customer service and even on my bad days I have never once made someone feel stupid like this girl did to me today. I love the concept of supporting a small local business like Twisted & Glazed - however, I was extremely disappointed today with poor service and an obnoxious wait time of over 40 minutes. It's a great place to go in a grab a "fresh" donut, but if you order anything other than a donut, plan to wait for a dreadfully long time. Perhaps some customer service training would go a long way for the less than motivated and seemingly overwhelmed employee. If the person taking our order knows it will take awhile to make (rolled ice cream) then at least tell us what to expect - and try not to take other orders before you start on ours. Well this place is open 24 hours a day, which is great because most spots around here closed around 9pm. My family really enjoyed their donuts. My sister and I asked what bagels they had, and we were Told jalapeno and plain, we both chose jalapeno. About 5 min after ordering we were Told they only had plain, which we said was fine, but then they took another 10 minutes to toast them. So 15 minutes for a plain toasted bagel. This place was everything I thought it would be...charming, beautiful, welcoming, and delicious. We had a S'mores doughnut, a salted caramel pretzel doughnut, and doughnut holes on a stick. Donuts have hit a new level of amazing here at Twisted and Glazed! We got a dozen of the donut holes (adorably served on kabob sticks), a salted caramel pretzel donut and a smores donut. I went in to the Paso Robles shop yesterday afternoon for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly young man but I was on a phone call so I didn't order immediately. He waited patiently for me to finish the call as I was the only person in the shop at this time and then he asked what I would like to order. Upon wrapping my order up, I realized I had forgotten my wallet... The employee offered to give it to me and I didn't even realize what he said at first because it was one of the bigger more complex doughnuts they offered. I asked him what he said and he said "yeah, you're good, thanks for coming in for the first time". I was amazed, thanked him, and strolled out as a lifelong Twisted and Glazed fan. Go there if you get a chance, it's a quaint, fun little boutique doughnut shop that makes incredible specialty doughnuts. Thank you! read more

Let me just preface this with the fact that I love donuts, all things sweet, but these donuts are a bit TOO sweet for me. I've gone multiple times, tried different varieties, and I just can't get any of the more specialty donuts with the pretty dollop of whipped "goodness" in the middle. I have yet to encounter a friendly employee when I have entered, which kind of bums me out because per social media the owner seems like a really awesome, small-town oriented person who would want to ensure her employees are greeting their customers enthusiastically. The rolled ice cream is super good, and HUGE. The other day I went in and ordered the Turkey Chipotle Wrap, and holy moly this was good. I will go back to this establishment JUST for this wrap. Very flavorful, and was made very well, so that it stayed together as a roll while I ate it. Probably enough food for two meals, but it was so good I finished in one. They are branching out and incorporating more food other than just the sweets, and I think that it is really worth giving them a try for their savory items. read more

Where to start... the first time I went to Twisted and Glazed I was so excited. They had several great choices and it was delish! The second time I went it was later in the day, the boy was sitting next to the door when we came in on his phone. They had three kinds of only like one or two donuts. They were old and gross. Then when I call to check if they have any selection before driving all the way from Atascadero they said can I have your name I said for what he said we have some held for people I said I had not placed a order but wanted to come if they had donuts he said no we don't sorry and hung up... poor customer service!!! This place needs so work. Such a cute idea and building but that's about it... I hope you all can clean it up a bit.. not everyone preorders donuts.... read more

The donuts are good but what they call a bear claw is not a bear claw. When I asked the person behind the counter if it was a real bear claw she looked at me unknowing I asked if it was filled with almond paste. She responded she did not know. So I went ahead and got one. Well it was filled with apple pie filling and I through it in the trash. It was not worth the calories to eat it. I didn't have a problem with the taste of the donuts, the service was very slow and they did not get the orders correct, also...the price of 6 donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches with drinks was $54, ouch! Guess I will have to to elsewhere for donuts and breakfast....the selection was not great, and it looked like some of the donuts were made the day before. Came here because it's close to the bus station. Ordered two breakfast burritos with no meat. We thought that over 30 minutes would be plenty of time for our order. Apparently not. After 35 minutes of patiently waiting, I told the woman making burritos that we were going to miss our bus and she shrugged and said it was still in the microwave. I was visiting Paso Robles from Orange County and in true vacation fashion, I was like, "Fuck it, let's grab a late night munchie!" I saw this spot was open 24/7. The people working there were super friendly and helpful to this first timer. I went with the buttermilk donut and it did not disappoint. Super buttery and just sweet enough to get my dessert fill. !!! SOOOO RUDE !!! I was having lunch nearby and had a sudden attack of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome.) Just my luck, there wasnt a restroom available and I already had a situation. So now in full panic I went in seek of the nearest restroom I could find....I walked into Twisted and Glazed and asked if I could please use their facility's. The woman at the counter said "Go ahead, it's right around the corner." I gratefully rushed to the potty. Needless to say...It was tragic, but I proceeded to handle the situation without hesitation. Then I hear..."Hello, hello...are you ok?" I said "Yes, I'm sorry, I had an accident." She replied "Well you need to clean that up." I said "That's what I'm doing." She said " You can't be in there that long, you have to go!" I stated again "I had an accident!" I raced to clean up and walked out and said "I apologize, I have IBS... Before I could say another word she asked "Is it clean in there?(but refused to even look at me when she spoke) I said "Yes, of course." She said "You need to go." (as she brushed past me to inspect the restroom) "I almost called the police." I asked "For what? Because I had an accident?" She said "You were in there a long time." We got here really late. They probably have more options in the morning versus late midnight snack. Not as much variety but still some goodies. Delicious. I love how they have both the unique and funky style donuts but also have traditional go to's like chocolate old fashioned, chocolate glazed bars, bear claws or even plain glazed. If you don't want anything too sweet or different, they have something for you too. Friendly staff with excellent customer service skills. The guy working today was nice and even brought our coffee out to their outdoor seating instead of making us stand and wait. We also tried a caramel latte and chai which where made to perfection. I'm very picky about my chai and it was perfect. I think we found our morning spot. We will definitely be back to try their lunch items. read more

Some of their donuts are delicious, if fresh, but they lose their freshness quickly. For example, cereal and pretzels on top of a donut works, but the cereal and pretzels get stale quickly. Call me a donut traditionalist, but there are much better donut places in town. read more

So happy they're open 24/7. There is pretty much Nothing around here good open 24/7, and I'm glad they are doing well. The donuts here are pretty good, I love the maple bacon. My mom's favorite is the Apple fritter. We've bought at least one of every kind so far. They also have the machines for rolled ice which I'm very excited to try. Had it once and watching the process is pretty neat. The actual rolled ice was only okay so this place can only go up. read more

This venue is a must visit! I have been here several times this month! The sandwiches are amazing, especially the spicy tuna on croissant and the turkey wrap. The donuts are unique; the peanut butter and jelly donut is a specialty but you need to order that one in advance. The Boho style decor is a lovely atmosphere. I revel sitting on the coach chit chatting with a friend; it feels like you are in someone's comfy living room. My fav, by far, is the Tropical Brazilian - what is it? - well, you need to go there to see what is it! I highly recommend this place for donuts and/or a quick lunch. read more

I want to love this place, and my hope is that it will continue to improve as they get on their feet. The donuts are delicious, if a bit pricey. Sadly the acai bowl I purchased last week was inedible. It was warm and tasted like pure peanut butter (I'm a peanut butter lover but if I wanted peanut butter on a spoon, that's what I would buy...) and now this morning when my husband went to get breakfast sandwiches the girl took two premade items from the fridge and told him she didn't know how to warm them up.... so I'm eating cold meat and cheese on a croissant.
