During the summer it can get busy and service is a little slow at times but it's worth the short wait. I normally opt for a plain vanilla cone because I want to savor the vanilla soft serve, but tonight I got a medium heath twirl (which is like a blizzard). It was too big-I should have gotten the small. My son always gets a cheesecake shake-his favorite. I love love love this place. I'm from MiamI, where soft serve ice creaM is very popular. When I moved to Houston, it was hard to find good soft serve ice cream. I love that you can drive up and get some amazing ice cream with sprinkles, chocolate sauce. Just old fashioned ice cream. Now I will say, I think the prices are a little high but in the end, it's so tasty and fresh. I wish there was one closer in Katy, because it is so good but then I would live there. I will say for the record, that i am not an ice cream eater. i am more the savory person of the family, but hubby and son were ecstatic. i opted for a plain vanilla cone in a waffle cone. the reviews were right, very smooth and very creamy. but better than even the ice cream was the fresh and crisp waffle cone. hands down the best waffle cone i have had in my life. my son ordered a hot fudge brownie but unfortunately, the ice cream shop was out of hot fudge, so he had to settle for hersheys syrup. that alone would have changed my order as you need hot fudge for obvious purposes. Then he had to scrape off so much whipped cream. he said it had too much and was a waste and probably a way to make the brownie bigger, dont know for sure my husband ordered a banana split. again, too much whipped cream, but what can you do? its not like i would be driving back and reqeusting a different / replacement order because of that. if we go back again, which i am sure we will, if these few things are addressed, i will upgrade my review to 5 stars. read more

The girl was friendly and there was no problem with my order. The kids ordered chocolate malts with chocolate chips. I just had a small vanilla cake cone. It was already melting down my hand by the time I made it to my seat. But hey, it's summer in Texas! My cone was good. Nothing extraordinary, but good.
