Kit explained that because the fascia is connected to the roof, it would be more costly to repair it now and suggested that it would be more cost effective to wait until the roof was replaced. He said that the fascia wasn't a structural issue so waiting made more sense. We appreciated Kit's honesty and his consideration for a less expensive solution. He also used his drone to inspect our roof to determine whether it needed replacing soon. He said we could wait a few years to do so. About a year ago, we had Redbird Roofing replace our garage roof and our garage door and front porch steps. They worked very quickly and did a great job. The manager even came out after the job to help us with the garage door lock that wasn't working after the door was replaced. We've been very pleased with our experiences with Redbird Roofing.

The reviews were right - RA Construction takes the time to go up and inspect and measure your roof to make sure their quote is comprehensive and on the mark. Some of the other vendors just "eyeballed" it from the street and their quotes came in noticeably higher. I was able to upgrade to higher quality Malarkey Vista shingles for a cost similar to what other vendors were asking for lesser quality shingles. My roof was done in just a few days, and each day the crew made sure everything was cleaned up. My back patio was cleaner when they left than it was before they started!
