I took it there again and after the second time the soles are still separating. I will not use the services of such a business again. You'd think that gluing shoes would be the most basic request but if that's not done correctly then I don't know what kind of expertise one can expect on more difficult shoe repairs. Don't go there.

Ed did a fantastic job, price was very reasonable, and it was done in a week, much faster than the guy I used to go to. Two days ago, I brought another right shoe in to get modified, he said it would be ready in a week. Today he called me to say the shoe was done and asked if I could pick it up, and told me he closed at 2PM. I was so happy I hauled over there asap, and he came out of his shop, and brought the shoe over to my car, because I walk with two canes. Now that is service over and above, and both of my feet are very happy!! Given that I can't wear shoes out of the box, having the right one back so quickly really made my weekend before it even got here!! Thank you Mr Caso, for the fantastic service! I give him a $100.00 dollar bill for a $35.00 repair job. He takes the bill, tosses it on the counter, busies himself with something else for a few moments, gives me the green tag and says "bye".
