We tried coming for breakfast during the weekend but there was a line outside the door, which is typically a good sign, so we looked forward to getting in when we could. That chance came during the week and impressively enough they were busy and we still had a brief wait. The restaurant interior in no way matches the exterior and was actually quite upscale and very clean. The food was good too but with a few drawbacks. On the plus side, we had some good coffee with some very tasty Breakfast Tacos. On the lower end of things were the Beignets with a strawberry sauce. They were adequate but nothing special. There were two other issues with the food, and one connected to a bigger problem. I ordered, what was supposed to be, a Corned Beef Hash Eggs Benedict with Greens and it was very enjoyable except for some bits of old, wilted, black and slimy spinach and lettuce leaves. The second problem with my meal, which then connects to the biggest overall, was that I didn't receive what I ordered, twice. And that is all connected to the service. The service was not good at all from anybody. No smiles to go with the false pleasantries. Our drinks slammed onto the table as the server headed to another table. Questions thrown out in the same way and you've no time to answer before she's gone. The only time we got a smile was when I sent back my meal because I received the wrong thing, which was then fussed over for a bit, and my new meal was still wrong-my eggs were now scrambled(?) instead of poached-but I couldn't be bothered to correct it. Overall I'd say it's a nice place with a good menu but the service isn't good enough to make up for any additional drawbacks. We shall not return. read more

The atmosphere is wonderful! The menu is amazing and my fish was delicious and prepared to perfection. My only drawback is that I didn't ask for no sodium and my wonderful grits were much too salty and I didn't eat them. Also, The staff was very attentive except our waitress. It's a restaurant that is run like a nightclub. Their wait-list sucks, as I've never actually been sat within that window. It's normally an hour off every time I used it. Meaning we waited an hour after what we were told. The new location is nice inside, but the waiting area is setup to handle two families at best. Most have to wait outside or in their car. Is you get good service, the food is great! If you get one of the less skilled servers, your food comes out cold. They are nonchalant about running over your promised wait as well, just like trying to get into an exclusive club. Go on a weekday and it's better. Not with the trouble in my opinion. read more

Outside of the long, long wait time. I absolutely love the food, the consistency, and the atmosphere. There was a dj, he was loud, so sit in the back. I was able to call ahead to reserve my table. An automatic message said it would text when the table was ready. I ajusted my time... but never got a message. After arriving and waiting outside for 45 mins, I went to the front only to find out my table had been given away. They said they got the notification for the 1st request and called my name in the parking lot/waiting area, but they didn't text my phone. I visited the McDonough location today after placing an on-line order for 1 french toast, canadian bacon and grits with cheddar cheese. I waited 20 minutes for my order. Once I get the message that my order was ready I went inside. I was told there was no order for me. The young lady went to the kitchen to inquire about my order. Came back and said they're waiting on more french toast. Once I got my order, something told me to check it before leaving the lot. I was very DISAPPOINTED! The canadian bacon was hard, cold and full of grease!! The french toast was cold (thought I was waiting on french toast) didn't even bother to look at the grits. I returned and ask for a full refund! That is the 2nd time with bad service and food. First time was at the Stockbridge location. I will not be going back ever!!! read more

Food was pretty good but service definitely needs some help. Our server was a bit flakey and disappeared a lot. The kitchen brought out a second order of beignets that we had not ordered and told us to keep them. At least 5 minutes later our server comes back to check on us and sees them, exasperatedly says they aren't ours and takes them to another table! I'm a sucker for great service. The staff at Two Eggs - McDonough were fantastic. The host actually smiled when we arrived (visit date was 5/25/24). Our server Jordan was a pure delight and our meals were decent. We did not order any of the signature dishes, we kept our meals rather simple. It was pancakes (no toppings) bacon and eggs for hubby. The eggs were supposed to be cooked hard and the bacon very well done, and that did not happen, but his pancakes were tasty. I ordered waffles (no toppings) and eggs and my meal was fine. They sprinkle chives on top of the eggs after cooking them and I could've done without the garnish. Service and atmosphere made this visit very enjoyable. read more

Our food was cold because the back door was on the coldest day of the year. They have a no refund policy, all food is final. They were aware that the food was cold when they brought it to the table. We never come here again. We immediately informed our server and we told them that our food was cold. When they told us that they knew the food was cold before bring it out. I told them that I didn't want it remade because if you would intentionally bring cold food out, then I can't trust you wouldn't do it again.
