Okay so I went on here to say I really liked my corn dog we got American classic because I'm boring and basic and a potato one with Cheeto dust , it was a long wait but to there defense it was President Day ! It was packed and everyone and their mother were out ! We also got a Hawaiian Punch slushy very tasty ! I will return and be back ! I felt bad for the manager he and his crew were hustling and he got berated by a customer for how long it took . I think it was a little unfair considering the holiday weekend. Expected this place to be good but honestly it was just average. I had better corn dogs before. It didn't have much flavors. Also the girl at the cashier taking my order was rude and had a nasty attitude. I was waiting in line for a while and finally when it was my turn the cashier turned away to talk to her co worker about their friend and was just standing laughing as I'm waiting to order. This is an update to a previous review I left. My first visit was less than great but I had promised to leave an update if I visited again. I also appreciate the response to the review from management. Based on my second visit the issues I noticed previously have been ironed out. Service was quick, clean and efficient. Food came out perfectly cooked. The style of these particular k-dogs are a bit more highly seasoned than I'm used to but next time I'll just make sure to ask for less seasoning. read more

When I first came to this location I immediately loved the location and the look. I've been to several two hands before but none of them were as neat and stylish as this one. Ordered Crispy Rice Dog and Two Hands Dog. Food was average. Both of my corndogs had more cakey raw dough than actual meat. My friend's corndogs ranged from over-caked to a normal amount of bread around the sausage. Sausage itself was rubbery and didn't taste like much. Very disappointed. The drive over to LA is worth it than whatever they served us. Not to mention my Crispy Rice Dog was half cheese and half sausage, not what I ordered. Staff was a mess. The place was over-staffed, making little to no impact on how the food was served or made. Making passive aggressive comments to one another in front of customers. The girl at the cash register stopped us from ordering to lodge a piece of paper in her ear. Very appetizing. Again, if you want authentic Korean Corndogs you're better off making the trip to LA. These are the best damn Korean Korn dogs my family and I have tried. We customized a sample of 4 different dogs to share. Our favorite was the cheddar cheese dog with hot Cheetos and their house spicy sauce. It was so good! Be sure to ask for a large cup of ice water, you're going to need it! read more

Ive visited this location twice, the first was a while ago which was pleasant. Great food and service. I recently went back and was disappointed. There was a young woman and man working this time around. The young man, despite wearing gloves, would take out his phone to reply to messages then SET IT DOWN WHERE THE FOOD IS BEING PREPARED AND DID NOT CHANGE CLOTHES. He came in contact with more food as he is making the orders and didn't change gloves until later. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. They are also now more focused on just accepting the orders on the screen that customers are placing themselves rather then checking in on customers. read more

The kids making the food were amazing. Be aware that they do make them fresh to order so be patient. If you want anything different from the menu you have to order it. I asked for extra sauce when I got my order and was told I had to ask for that and pay for extra sauce while ordering. Don't blame the workers I understand it's a corporate thing. Really poorly run. Ordered a single corn dog on a weekday and it took over 30 minutes to get that corn dog. Others in our group who had ordered from other food court restaurants had eaten and we're ready to leave by the time I got the corn dog They do have a sign that says that they make them from scratch (???) and thus it may take up to 15 to 20 minutes for an order, but over 30 minutes for a single corn dog is bananas. Gave this place another shot and it was just as disappointing as the first visit. Waited over 20min for a combo set and still ended up with raw corn dogs and very over cooked fries with barely any seasonings and lacking sauce. Not to mention my horchata slushy tasted like horchata plus dish soap. Also why is there only one employee working at all times. None of the other business have sorry excuses of being short staffed. You would think the quality would be better seeing as it takes so god damn long to come out. This place has been open for over a year and still hasn't gotten its shit together such a bummer. Worst experience in collection. A major part of being a restaurant is fulfilling their obligation to customers and meeting the promised pick up time as well being professional with customers. The order was ordered at 3:30 and supposed to be ready at 4:00. I arrived at 4 to pick up the food but the workers said that it was in line to be prepped. Went up multiple times to confirm if order was ready but always got same response. Had to wait another half hour before they called the order number, which was AFTER they completed the existing and new orders. So ordered at 3:30, expected at 4, received at 4:30. As for the food, the dough was too doughy, seemingly a bit undercooked and not seasoned evenly. For online orders, would recommend ordering literally an hour in advance. read more
