We then went out back and managed to find an open table to sit. The outside area is great for groups. Parking was a bit rough as it is street parking is limited and it appears most people take up two spots to parallel park. However there is free public parking at the train station two blocks over. Service was good but they appeared overwhelmed by the large crowds. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed by the time we arrived around 720pm on a Wednesday so we were not able to try any of the menu.

It was our first time having cider, so we decided to go with the flights. It is definitely an acquired taste. Surprisingly, espresso was our favorite flavor. We also tried their original and a few fruity flavors. It was sad to see that the neighbors near by did not support this local farms events. There was a small stage area that could have been used for music or entertainers. Unfortunatlely, when we visited, no performers were allowed, and there was a petition to get the town to allow them to have the entertainment back. We really hope that on our next visit, the brewery is allowed to hold their entertainment!

Through the blood, sweat, and tears, they were able to create an opportunity in Pearl River New York for the locals and non locals like me to enjoy some great drafts and bbq. I tried not to be the excited traveler right at the door, but luckily, Amy, the owner's wife, was willing to take a wayward traveler in to start enjoy their beers right as they opened. They have a book and beer book club to sip and read, cornhorn club and a large beer hall with music to jam out to. With the Full Auto Arena nearby, I would recommend mom chill here while the dads and sons let some steam off or if we all know Mom can show up anyone with some liquor courage. I was extremely impressed with the response from the restaurant manager, Joseph Verrengia. He contacted me personally, listened to my concerns, and explained that his team took ownership of what happened. What impressed me most was that Joseph didn't just apologize--he explained the specific steps he had taken with his staff to help ensure other guests have a better experience going forward. I know that things don't always go perfectly at a restaurant, but how management responds when there is a problem says a lot. Joseph handled the situation professionally and with excellent customer service. His follow-up completely changed our impression of the experience.
