I told him I've been on the phone all day looking for parts. He says, I won't sell you any parts. What a jerk! I had absolutely zero attitude until after he said he wouldn't sell to me, then I copped and attitude and told him exactly what he was! AH! Too bad for them. We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

It looked pretty safe for a junk yard, no pointy things on the ground or rickety stacks of stuff or anything like that. I bought some electrical stuff and it wasn't shorted out or corroded. I think this place is also called "Indy U-Pull-It." Also note that you need to wear closed-toed shoes, no sandals. Prices are great like I said, but a bit confusing and this is potentially on purpose. But at a certain point, you just gotta hand it to them. Game respect game, as they say $$$$. I would say this: if you have a part you're looking for, try to confirm what category they classify it under before you go pull the part. I wish I'd done that: I ended up paying about 40% above what I expected going in. But either way, I paid 40% under RockAuto for a perfect part that I couldn't find at 5 other junk yards. They were also kind enough to accept my junk parts for recycling for free!
