The office is shambles I went first thing and the shop manager was cleaning up the beer cans from the night before. The owner will tell he's doing everything he can and he will take care of you. After spending around $15,000+ with this shop over the past few years I can honestly say take care vehicle anywhere but here. Honestly I wouldn't bring a boat here either. I dropped my wife's car off for a "check engine Light". Mechanic cleared it and told me to drive for a day. 5 miles later light back on. Took car back they said 2 cars and a few boats are ahead of me. After 1.5 days & no communication , I called and got a answering machine and no call back so we went over to check on car. Mechanic said he played around with it but I should take it to Ford Dealer(not happening) to get it fixed. No communication, no manners, God Complex!
