I bought a "new" engine off of them that they said would take 5-7 business days to recieve. After 43 days a rebuild scratched up POS with a stripped oil plug arrived at my door. They false advertise amd did nothing to make it right. Just ripped me off about $700. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I spent 2 hours this morning on the phone with these people the first girl didnt have a clue whar she was doing, coupdnt answer basic questions about MCO and shipping, then a guy named Sunny came on the phone and answered my questions, I explained that I had a different address than my billing address to ship the scooter to, he said it was fine, no problem, to go ahead and place my order online, so I did. Went through all the promps which took some time and was a bit of a hassle too, but finally got it all placed and confirmed, then got 2 emails, one was confirming the ord3r and all the details, it all looked good, secons was a link for me to sign up as a member and create a personal account on their site to keep track of the status. I noticed that the order had been cancelled! So I called up again a third time, this time it was some lady in the office, she topd me it was a fraud prevention since my billing and shipping address are different which makes no sense whatsoever at all. She didnt take responcibility, but instead blamed "the system". Good one. Jokes on me. She said I shouldve gotten an email to confirm, but I explained I didnt. Not in spam, not anywhere. No calls. No emails. No nothing. And that I had been on the phone for 2 hours explaining the situation and still she laughed and treated me like it was a joke. I explained that now Id have to call my bank to make sure the funds hadnt been debited before I placed the ord3r again as this time she said Id have to place it over the phone. So Id have to go through this all over again, but this time have no record of it as before. Utter rediculous. So I called the bank and sure enough they had no hesitation or problem taking my $1,861.19, but still cancelled the order immediately. Unbelievable. So let me get this straight, if its a potential fraud issue simply because the shipping address is different than the billing you take the persons funds out yet dont deliver the product purchased? Makes no sense at all. And then NOBODY out of all 3 people I spoke to took responcibility, treated me like a didnt matter. Didnt respond to my situation or concerns etc. And now I will also have to wait at least 5 days before I can use my money as those funds are now pending as spent at my bank! As I was finishing up on my call at the bank I get a call. 30 seconds later I call back and its was TXPowersports under a different name altogether, I had to ask to confirm this, and said somebody had called and Im calling back. The guy was clueless and said he didnt know who it was. I asked who it might be and he said theyd all gone to lunch! He too tried to play dumb about the situation. Blaming it on the "system". So they take my money out, cancel my order leaving me with frozen funds, took up several hours of my day, passed the blame, didnt tske responcibility, treated my situation as a joke, I could even here her laughing about it as I was stressed out and trying to explain, played dumb and didnt have any common sense, left me hanging, and didnt offer to make it right. If they are this awful while trying to buy something I can just imagine how horrible theyre going to be if the item is shipped and has damage or if their is any issue at all with it. Im sure I will not get the paper work to title it on time either if at all and theyll just blame the "system" for everything and pass me around like a ping pong ball and then go out to lunch leaving me high and dry. No doubt about it. These people are awful and treated me like garbage. I would NOT recommend this company or any other name they go by. Arlington Powersports or Affiliated Powersports or whatever they hide behind. They truly dont care at all and youre just a number to them theyd rather not have anything to do with. But theyll have no problem taking your funds in a flash. Amazing how fast and trouble free that is. Thats the one thing they know very well. Thats the only thing they know. Purchased a trailmaster go kart from them a year a half ago. The kart has been nothing but problems from the start. First the battery went bad after a month and they sent out a new one. The new battery went bad after a month. The company said they would not send out a new battery because they already sent out one. Next the brakes went be (fell apart) after very limited use (nothing off road), called any said it was out of warranty. Now the kart won't start. DO NOT PURCHASE A TRAILMASTER GO KART!!!!!!! i bought my scooter at march 30 2025 thats my first time with this company and never ever use again. first of all i choose color white or blue but they called me and let me know they have just black and grey and i said thats ok make it black. in the options i choose battery charger which is 24$ and i send them email for the essential kit and they said 69$ but when i come home i recieve a battery charger from amazon and i checked price its 9$ that makes me upset because i tought it will be a quality charger and i email them to return this charger. if you want to return charger here is the process they send you a qr code and you need to go to KOHL which is 1 hour away from me and they charge %20 retock fee than they said this is a business they need to make money and i told them this is not a business its dropship and why didnt put any specification like charger name that way i will know what i pay thats why im upset i wont use this charger on my bike than customer service calling me and same thing explain me they need to make money this is a business and i dont like it and i already ask them question its a question "if i cancel scooter do i need to pay any restock or other fee??" guy start yelling me and be upset and he said that im calculating his 10$ and hang up the phone on my face. i dont care how much he makes not my business but its not fair when u buy something from amazon 9$ and sell me 24$ and when i want to return send me 1 hour away and %20 restock fee. than he said he dont want to make business with me no selling but he will cancel with their terms and conditons that mean they will charge me and i dont accept it. today i recieve 2 email from them again "you order will be canceled we can not ship this bike you are causing a lot of problems for us" "I MAKE NO PROBLEM TO YOU JUST I ASKED TO REFUND FOR THE BATTERY CHARGER WHICH IS 24$ NOT THE MOTORCYLE IF YOU CANCEL YOU CANCEL BY YOUR OPINION AND I DONT ACCEPT TO PAY EXTRA" so i have all emails and documents with me and he said my scooter ready for shipping and send me the picture and its really ready for ship but now he dont want to ship and i didnt recieve a full refund. whats the damage i buy some parts for scooter cost me 70$ i have a stupid charger 24$ still dont know he will ship or not but i already told on email i am not canceling my order number 47907 if need more detail pls reply me i will add all picture what we talk and tx power sport free to add picture what we talk too. 24$ battery charger name is orion motor tech battery charger just check on amazon its 9$ or sometimes they makes 7$ if seller ok for the picture pls reply and say yes i will share all and again seller free to share the picture what we talked and i did all this talks when im busy and working hard. read more

Horrible service, horrible website, and a scam I was shopping for mini jeeps adding to cart checking prices finding coupon codes shopping. Then I add the mini jeep classic to the cart do what I was doing for hours pricing and I go to the final check out page where you have to click confirm order and it literally does it by itself. Now that was around 10pm so I waited until the next day and asked for it to be cancelled. The response I received was yes we can cancel it but will have to charge you a 20% restocking fee. So I informed them that I didn't place the order that their paged confirmed it by itself and they said a manager will contact me. Waited nothing called back 4 times later still no call. Oh and let's not forget the part that in their own cancellation page it's 6 percent if you cancel when it hasn't shipped. So now the last person I've talked to said we can cancel it for 6%. I've come to the conclusion their website is purposely flawed at the checkout so when I puts an order in without actually pressing the button they can charge people restocking fees. Was literally gonna buy a mini jeep from them just not that one and they blew it, now I will never shop through any of their websites if it says Arlington, TX as store location like 360 Powersports they are all the same company avoid there websites and don't add things to shopping cart. read more

I purchased a go cart from this company 3/16/2021 as an Easter Present for my kids. After several weeks of checking their website for updates, I contacted them to check the status of my order. I was not given an estimate of time, but was assured that they would follow up with me later. On 04/21/2021, I was finally updated to the status of the cart and that it was back ordered. I was convinced that the original cart I ordered would be too small and they were unsure when my order would come in, so I "upgraded" to a Vitacci T-Rex for an additional $300 and waited for the order. On 5/7/2021, I was told the product would arrive between 12pm-6pm. After numerous calls to the freight company, the product arrived in a damaged container. While I was assured it was just the metal that "protects" the cart, I attempted to assemble it at the end of my driveway. Within a few minutes, we found there was no steering wheel, bolts were missing, and holes that were milled for the safety cage were milled wrong & the passenger chair was missing the screws that anchor the seat to the cart. Disheartened, but determined, I preserved and soon found the cart was even more troublesome. The shifter that enables the cart to move forwards/backwards was installed wrong & doesn't allow the cart to operate. Additionally, the cart is rusty, and fails to stay operating long enough to drive it. After numerous attempts to resolve this, the company I ordered this cart from will not refund my money & expects me to ship this cart back and pay for it out of MY POCKET or hire a mechanic to fix the mechanical issues this BRAND NEW cart has. read more
