Safe to say I have found my new spot for haircuts! I did not have an appointment as I decided to stop by as soon as I got off work and was greeted nicely. I also was seated very quickly which I appreciated very much as I also needed to run errands that day. I just got a simple haircut with layers which was $25 total. Not bad if I say so myself! I have gotten used to paying over $50 for any type of hair appointment. It was really nice to find a place with affordable prices which goes for all of their other services provided. Everything was going well, my toes turned out alright, but when she got to my nails it started going downhill. She cut my nails in an uneven way, and nicked my cuticles in a few spots. This was the worst nail salon! This was the worst experience ever. The "manager"/owner said she was not mean to my girlfriends and her friends when she literally was yelling at me on the phone and hanging up. She CUT them when doing the nails and she made sure to overcharge them when they were asking for another thing, and yet received nothing that they asked for. She then said the only way she would resolve things as if they came back.... why would I ever let them go back without me. She was the most awful person I have ever even talked on the phone with. She hung up twice while yelling when I was only trying to figure things out. She did not do their nails well. This was the absolutely worse experience. Would not recommend them ever.... I used to go here all the time when I lived in Fairfield. I just moved back after 2 years - they remember me. They definitely know their customers. It makes me super sad to leave a not so great review because I went in to get rid of an ombre and went to an ash blonde. The color came out really nice and even, my bangs were cut a little too short but I'm not worried because it'll grow out in no time. I'm leaving a bad review because I got chemical burned by the bleach under the heat. I know that bleach and dye can sting, but it was hurting really bad, which I kept mentioning but I was told it was normal. Both bleaching and hair developing time was cut short because of the pain. My scalp isn't flaking in dandruff yet, but I do have sores all over with.. the clear stuff drying up leaving "oily crystals" all over. Also my hair was 3 days dirty when I came in. read more

I've been to may different nail salons before but never have been to one that was just terrible. Not only do they not have any customer service their quality is terrible. I got my nails done 4 weeks ago not happy and I thought to give them a second chance (my fault) awful again. I went back the next day because I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out and wanted a quick fix and their reaction was a mean look and turned me down told me to come later or another day. After spending more than 100 $ on a full set and pedi you definitely have to make the customer happy. It's ghetto as well. You go to get pampered and relax, the whole time I was there they had young adults (obviously relatives) talking about crazy fights and using vulgar language. It's easy to miss this place while your driving on North Texas Street, you can find it on the same block as food max and is next door neighbors with goodwill. I have my fair share of unsatisfied experiences. A lot of times it has to do with the hair dresser not adhering to my requests and cutting off too much hair and over charging. I come here and see Letty, she is the ONLY one I will let cut my hair. She cuts no less, no more than she has to. She is professional and will follow through on what you want. She is also very helpful and honest if your unsure on what to do with your hair. Having a haircut with her isn't silently awkward, she treats you as if your just a fellow friend coming in to see her. A plus to having a good haircut done by her, is that she's FUNNY. The place itself is clean, don't get disheartened if no one greets you! There will be a clipboard on the front desk underneath the pricing board, sign up for LETTY. She will be more than happy to cut your hair when she sees her name written down :) I have long thin hair. I had her trim off 2 inches and then had the ends layered. She also took my long bangs and framed them against my face. Now my hair is free from split ends, looks so healthy and lively! For the haircut and great company I only had to pay $13 (not including tip, but still very CHEAP compared to other businesses around town). Keep in mind she is only there on SUNDAY. Went in wanting just two inches off my long hair. Phuong cut my hair and I regret the moment I saw the razor come out... I should have ran. She chopped off my hair with scissors and then she used the razor after. Of course it just got shorter and shorter! She even had me stand up for one part. When she was spraying my hair with water it got all over my face, so terrible! When she was done, I looked at the front part of my hair and it was way longer on the left side so she use the razor some more and she was barely looking while she was greeting other customers coming in. I left there so fast, I regret tipping her, but I was in a daze. Ends up that she cut off about 5 inches of my hair!! What happened?! I am so disappointed with my experience. read more

The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because I feel like their customer service could be better. I came in yesterday to get my horrible ombré cut off and get my virgin jet black hair dyed brown. Ty was my hair stylist. She was nice but I felt like her service was Ehhh. She left my hair dying while she ran out to pick up her son from school. I think that is VERY unprofessional. I have a 3 year old and I'd never leave a client to go run an errand. She was gone for 30 minutes and while she was gone not one employee asked me if I was okay. My scalp was itching so bad and because this was my first time coloring it I was in pain. I played it off and when Ty finally came back she washed my hair out. But she seemed to be juggling me and this other customer. Which is cool, but I didn't feel important and felt forgot about throughout the whole time. I paid $95 for a cut and color. And $25 for them to curl my hair which I regret because the lady who curled it was 60 years old and acted like she didn't know how to curl some hair. I probably won't be back. I dyed my hair too bright of a red and I was looking for advice on what I should do. My stylist Amour, gave me her honest opinion saying reds will usually fade. She saved me like a hundred bucks! I came to this place to get my hair color touch up, unfortunately the lady who i want to do my hair was busy and so Phoung came to me and told me she will do it. I agreed because of a lack of time. She started putting the hair color on my hair and after 2 minutes i asked her why it feels like it burns.. she said she didn't know why and continued applying the chemicals on my hair. I kept telling her to stop but she wouldn't so I had to raised my voice to show her that i was in pain! I asked her to rinse my hair with cold water and she obliged. When i was about to leave she CHARGED me $15. I asked her what is it for, she said because she rinsed my hair and shampoo.. My husband didn't want to argue with $15 so he paid her so he could take me home to take care of my blisters. Phoung can keep my $15 and she can also keep this review! I generally only get my hair cut at Regis in the Solano Mall, but if I can't get an appointment with my regular stylist there, I will come here. My husband will only get his hair cut here and no where else. When I was in desparate need of a trim and couldn't get an appointment at Regis when I finally had free time, my husband said he would bring me here because he was scared another place would mess up my hair. He insists on my hair being long and didn't want a place cut too much off. :p They are amazing here, everyone on staff is dedicated to their work and always wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Quick Review: The older Asian lady burned my wife's scalp while attempting to color her hair. She wouldn't let my wife leave until we paid for the shampooing of her hair to wash out the chemicals. Long Review: My wife came here to have her roots colored to match the rest of her hair. Originally, we agreed that a young lady would be the one to work on her hair, but later when my wife showed up for the scheduled appointment, the older Asian lady told her she would be the one to work on her because the other gal was occupied. Due to the lack of time, my wife agreed. I stepped out, but soon got a call from my wife about the incident. When I returned, her scalp was full of blisters oozing with puss. I reluctantly paid, but I just wanted to get my wife out of there to take care of her blisters without further incidents. Be aware if you decide to color your hair here, and it would be best to avoid the older Asian lady at all costs. read more

The one star is for the cheap price. Came here recently to get a short fade haircut, and suffice it to say the top part of my head which has the long hair looks a bit raggedy. "Phuong", the woman who cut my hair, barely spoke any english and didn't follow my instructions very well. On top of that, she didn't even bother cleaning up most of the hair she had cut off after she was done. Normally hair stylists will use a blow dryer and then sweep up. Not her. Won't be coming back here. As an alternative, I recommend going to Habit Hair Salon in Vacaville instead. read more

I had a good experience getting my long, curly hair trimmed here. I waited about a half hour after I put my name on the list. Then my hair stylist whose name started with "D" (Dao I think) began spraying my hair with a spray bottle. She combed out my hair and then began to trim it. The cut was even and I liked it. I considered getting it blow dried too but that was $30. I went in for a $13 haircut and wasn't willing to fork out that much for a blow dry. All in all a good experience. read more

I went to this place because of the reviews I read...big mistake. I wanted my eyebrows waxed, my hair trimmed, and long swooping bangs, like the picture I brought in and showed her. I came out with exactly the opposite. The lady burnt my eyebrows, cut off more than four inches off my hair and gave me super short above my eyebrows pixie bangs. When I came home to style my hair the way I wanted it I was so upset I called them, the owner or manager Helena said I could come back in to try something else. How would I try something else if my hair was already 3 times shorter than I showed her? I said I just wanted my money back, she then told me they spent too much tine on my hair to give me my money back.
