He gave me his personal number and texted me all the information I needed and got back to me. There was no pressure to sell me services, he was open to telling me what I may need on the car. I had to have it towed back to Next Level where the owner fixed the issue. 3 months later while driving the brakes go out and I couldn't stop. I had my child in the vehicle with me so i was very fearful for our lives. Because my personal mechanic was unable to get the brakes off I took it to a brake shop. I was informed the brakes had never been changed and rusted out. When I advised this to to Next Level it was of no concern to him and he ignored my calls. MAKE SURE ALL AGREEMENTS MADE ARE IN BLACK AND WHITE WITH A SIGNATURE. ASK QUESTIONS. When dealing with these people, it's almost best you bring a lawyer or don't deal with them at all. The car wouldn't start the next time we tried to move it. We had it towed to a shop, and the problems with this car to just get it to drive will be more than the purchase price. I have been calling every day, asking for the manager, Tony, who they told me is the person I need to talk to about this piece of junk Hummer that will cost $8K to make drivable.
