Our server, Kristina, (remembered her name because it's also my best friend's name) was hands-down the best I've ever had. Super attentive, kind, and she even helped us with directions & gave us directions on where to park when we got lost. That level of care is rare. She was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! The vibe is chill and laid-back with music, TVs, and a nice atmosphere. They also have an outdoor area with heat lamps (we'll definitely be back for that when it's warmer). I can actually taste spices on the meats and more importantly, the main ingredient which is the name of this place....the "Chipotle" pepper, smoky flavah was all up in my bowl. In addition and to my surprise, as the my salad bowl was being prepped, I also couldn't help to notice how generous they were with the servings. There was enough for me and some to share for sure. I think this place has been listening to the complaints of the past, customer feedback and making corrections. I can see the difference since the last time I've been to this location. So, here we were. The space was open, clean, and inviting. It reminded me of a number of restaurants I've visited in the Middle East, and particularly Dubai. Not fancy, so much as down-to-earth and inviting. My wife and I shared a Chicken shawarma platter and a plate of fries. Simple things first, the fries were perfection. Crispy on the outside, hot and tender on the inside, and tasty through and through. The shawarma had plenty of chicken over a bed of soft white rice and was accompanied by some salad. It was a perfect meal for a weirdly cold May afternoon. On our way out, I mentioned to the owner that the food was really good, because it was, and mentioned that the shawarma wasn't quite as tasty as some that I've had in my travels. His face brightened, and he said that next time I should ask for it a bit spicier. Next time I'm back, and there will be a next time, I'll ask for spicier. When you go, and you should, ask for "spicier" too.

For entrees we had a brisket bennie, brisket hash, and fried chicken and biscuits. Everyone said their dish was the best dish. We were stuffed but Jorge and Matt (one of the owners) dropped off a complimentary order of apple donuts with raspberry jam. I shouldn't be surprised but the chunks of real apple in the donuts - wow.
