I would like to give this place a better review because the food is great, but reviews must embrace every aspect of a business. I have visited on a few occasions and each time I am left with mixed feelings about the uninformed, lackadaisical, and completely unenthusiastic staff worker who is sadly the first (and often only) person with whom the customer interacts. This same employee is usually sitting in a chair behind the front counter and barely lifts his head or his voice when taking your order. He has never gotten my order correct as he often adds items (water, French fries) without your asking and then cannot refund the cost of these items easily or without complaint. If he is asked about any menu item, he shrugs his shoulders and glances at the menu as if gesturing you to re-read the description again. The wait for the food is usually vey short. We ordered pizza from here over the weekend, while at a nearby hotel and in town for the Marathon. We ordered around 10pm, after a long day of traveling and looking for something simple, but the pizza didn't arrive until 11pm. The cheese pizza was $20 for an "extra large", which is the equivalent size of a Domino's Pizza - large. Charging $20 for this, especially after tasting it, is robbery. As an aside, it looked like Stevie Wonder did the cutting of the slices as they were all over the pie. We also ordered the chicken tender app ($11), which was absolutely terrible. The tenders were cold and there weren't many in the box. If you're in this area, go somewhere else. There are many nicer places near the courthouse area that cost about the same. Pershing Drive Arlington Pisanos...took over an hour to get a pizza that drove around for 15 minutes and was lukewarm when it arrived. I called after 45 minutes. When it arrived I called again stating that the pizza was cold and substandard. I was offered a 20% off coupon. I live in the neighborhood of the store and have been a customer for over 6 years.
