Tyler's is the only spot with solid sourdough for the old fashioned, crumbly cakes for the sprinkles. And chewy/crispy for our favorites like the maple bar. There are a couple of really serious doughtnut places within a few miles of this spot, and a couple of the newer popular chains with good reputations are nearby as well. There's more competition for the doughtnut dollar around here than I realized. These guys hold their own. They're in a small complex of mostly Asian-focused and Asian-owned businesses. There's a good pho place nearby, pretty great sushi, and a couple other places. This is a smaller doughtnut shop, with just one case and maybe 20-25 varieties. Like virtually every other doughnut shop around, they rock the Seahawks theme pretty hard. As a sports fan and occasional doughtnut eater, it makes me wonder why they don't double up the blue/green doughnuts as Sounders and Mariners recipes, too--or maybe football fans just blow away other sports fans in the doughnut market. I wouldn't mind seeing purple and gold sprinkles, though, come to think of it. The doughtnuts are good. They're a little dry to rank among the absolute best, but they're fresh and cooked to just the right consistency for what they are. The frosting is a little too stiff to be perfect but again: good flavor, decent consistency otherwise. The prices are fair, folks are pleasant, and there's plenty of seating and coffee. If I had the stomach for it, I would buy and eat every bear claw this place sold!! Stop by to grab one every two weeks or so. The donuts are ridiculously soft and fluffy on the inside it's incredible. Going around 10-11 AM on weekdays has not been busy or added wait times. I think I may have been here a time before but it would have been so long ago my visit today is comsidered new. I walked in and I could see they were just putting out new donuts, it looked clean and the place was quiet. I asked if they take apple pay to which the person hesitantly replied yes but we charge 50 cent ( ok I thought) how much is a dozen mixed donuts $19.99! I was told and wow I thought to myself. Ok I'll take a dozen. The donuts are so fresh every single one I've eaten so far just melts in my mouth and the flavors are great. I had the twist, rasberry filled, chocolate custard filled and a maple bar, all superb! Delicious donuts! We had a raspberry filled glazed, a chocolate Bavarian, and a blueberry fritter. We walked there (totally justifying the donut feast), and arrived around 10:30am. The selection was pretty low, but I heard someone say another batch was coming out in 30 min. The donuts were very fresh. The donuts were a solid 4 star (there didn't appear to be any fun, fancy donuts on the menu, just the classics), but I thought about doing only 3 stars for the following reasons: - The coffee and coffee add-ins left something to be desired. - All the surfaces were dirty But I'm a food purist, and this is a donut shop.... so get your coffee elsewhere and take the donuts to go! read more

Tyler's may lack some ambience, but I went there for the donuts, not the atmosphere. They had a wide selection, including a few I've never seen before. Individual donut prices are a bit more than other places, but if you pick up a half dozen or a dozen, they give you a price break which totally makes it worth it. Even my kids noticed a difference- and they'll eat anything! Their donuts were light and airy when they needed to be, and that perfect donut density on the others that we chose. I got an Uber eats order from here- I spent 58$ and my order was wrong in every way, I only got one of the donuts I ordered and the rest were totally random. I'm not sure who messed up, and I got more donuts than I ordered but I'm extremely picky and I was super excited for the order until none of them actually showed up. I came here last Friday, I was grabbing sushi at the well reviewed place beside it (the sushi place was meh) and on my way to my car after finished eating I saw the donut place and thought yeh I could go for a donut. It was the afternoon so he had like half of his donuts left. I grabbed a half dozen mixed and I just have to say, they were all absolutely amazing. Half of the box was gone by the time I drove 7 minutes to get home I could not stop eating them.
