Just called them for a replacement heated shield on my wife's snowmobile helmet. Granted, I bought the helmet 4 or 5 seasons ago, but really....no spares available, and now I have to buy another helmet? Should have gone with a brand name to start with, it would have ended up costing me the same. My Arctic Cat brand helmet is older than that, and I can still buy a replacement heated shield for it. I send my daughter, a teacher, flowers each year on her first day with students. This year I…read moredesired them to be extra special because she made a transition to a new grade level...which is a TON of extra work. The flowers I ordered were artistically arranged and spectacularly classy -no pun intended. The arrangement she received looks thrown together at best. The hydrangeas aren't even in bloom yet. They're still green. There's no comparison! I'm so disappointed. I paid $119 plus tax and a delivery fee for this arrangement. The bouquet I ordered would have been worth the price, the one sent wasn't worth half that much. I often order from Eastern/Huisman's, but I won't be doing so again. I spoke to a gal at the floral shop and expressed my disappointment. They sent out a new bouquet to replace the one that was poorly done.
