I've eaten at this place several times and have yet to be let down. Their sweet potato fries are amazing! I've had their bacon bleu cheese burger as well as the turkey burger, and loved both. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a good laid back atmosphere. They have seating in front and also a cute patio outback if you want to sit outside. I came here a few times. On the first visit I ordered the California burger and fries. The burger was good, but not spectacular. The fries were great! On the second visit, I ordered the bacon mac and cheese burger with onion rings. The burger tasted more of garlic than of cheese, but was still good. The onion rings were some of the best I've had in my life! Next time I go, I'm trying the blue cheese burger. When we went, mom tried it and said it was delicious! 5 star food: the %100 angus burgers are amazing and there are some great options like Buffalo, Elk, Kangaroo etc. Price is good:$7 for a 1/3 pound angus beef burger. Ambiance is nice, especially in the back courtyard area was really cool. Service was great: Ty was awesome. Highly recommend and I am a burger snob. We will be back. I called Ty's over 30 times over the course of an hour to place a takeout order, but nobody answered the phones. I finally drove down to Ty's to just walk in and place my order to take home. When I got to Ty's I asked for the manager to let him know I had been calling for over and hour to place an order. The manager, Scott, informed me that he knew he was not answering the phone, and that it was intentional. He said that his store/team was too busy to answer the phone. He pretty much said he didn't care. I used to really like this place (my husband and I would come in about once a month and spend $30.00),but after the disrespectful attitude the manager portrayed towards his upset customer, I will never return. I'm not sure how you can justify telling a customer you didn't care about taking their order. read more

Ty's is always a good idea for burgers. It's our second time here and my babe and I both tried a different burger than last time. I ordered South Border and he ordered the Applewood and bleu cheese. Both awesome! Ty's has sweet potato fries as well as regular and neither of them are anything special. In fact, don't buy. Overpriced for the disappointment, and that's partly why I'm giving them a 3 star. In addition to the burgers and fries we ordered the chicken tacos. They taste very homemade but nothing too spectacular. The other reason for the 3 star is because our food took about 25 minutes to be served. read more

I Love this place but the service has been inconsistent . The other night my husband and I went in there to get a couple burgers to go and were told " we actually close in 5 minutes". Aka we don't want to take your order. So we left and went somewhere else. I just feel like if the door is open and the neon sign is on you should smile and take our order. Otherwise close the door. My husband is an ultimate burger snob and hard to please and me, well, it takes a lot for me to eat a burger at a restaurant. I had my hesitations about this place but, was very pleasantly surprised! I tried the Western Burger, my husband had the Double Burger, our 1 year old had the chicken tenders. Everything was delicious, intact, we ended up finishing our daughters meal for her! Awesome burgers! Came here while on vacation and it's now going to be a regular spot for us when we are in town. The back patio was great for us, the inside was a little warm for the little one's to hang out in during dinner. I had the turkey burger and it was so delicious. Lots of flavor and great ingredients. You order up front and they bring your food to you-kind of a self serve place so just a heads up if you're not into that. The staff was super nice and was really reasonably priced.
