This place is a total scam. Extremely overpriced and completely unprofessional. I went twice to fix my nails and they still looked horrible. They charged us $390 for a pedicure and Gel-X manicure, and I even gave them almost $120 in tips -- and they still had an attitude and did a terrible job. The staff is rude, careless, and clearly doesn't care about customers once they get your money. I'm beyond disappointed and will never go back. Don't waste your time or money here.

Henry did a full set dip w extensions. Excellent work. They are as near perfect as a person can get. Super talented. Thank you.

This is my new favorite nail salon in the area! They do my natural nails using dip powder but apply it as a gel (which I haven't seen done/ offered at other salons I've been to), they're so strong and do not chip. I've been a walk in twice and never had a long wait & the techs are all friendly. Salon is in a big space and clean.

It was my first time there last Saturday. Now it's only Sunday night, and already five of my nails have fallen off (see pictures). I'm not sure how long other people's sets usually last, but $40 plus a $10 tip for something that didn't even make it through the week is pretty ridiculous. I've never had an experience like this before. This week is my vacation--I haven't been cooking or washing anything--so there's no reason for this kind of wear and tear. The lady who did my nails put on at least three layers, and they still looked bumpy from the start. I won't be going back, but I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I have finally found my nail shop and I'm so thrilled. The salon is modern, nice and the staff is very friendly. My technician is Jenny and she is an amazing artist. She is diligent, gentle, and very skillful. I have been seeing Jenny for a while now and she is always up to a challenge of my request for design. She is up to date on today's techniques and applications. This set that she did for me today took 1.5 hours and was a gel x set with hand painted design . Give her a try, you won't be disappointed.

Update: Adding my credit card charge because my info is conveniently "not in their system" and makes it seem like I'm lying about this. I was charged $75 and left a tip I really shouldn't have. No I didn't get this salon confused with another please don't accuse of me that. I wish I had went somewhere else. Never again!!!! I have never been more disappointed with my nails in my life! And this is coming from a nail shop in TYSONS - one of the best areas!! And what a complete rip off!!! Almost paying $90 for a french acrylic set how absurd. I've had my fair share and this is the most expensive and by far the worst job I have ever seen! The nail technician had NO idea what she was doing. You can see it looks like a 5th grader did my nails. There are lines everywhere they shouldn't be, the tips are mismatched horizontally, and why is there so much white!? She wouldn't even let me look at them just said trust me. I will NEVER be going back here and suggest no one supports them. Extremely disappointed. I only had to because I was leaving for vacation and my nail shop usually closes at 6 so went here during my lunch break, what a mistake. How sad these were my nails for Vegas. Had no time to get them redone.

They were super flexible and got me in for a same-day appointment for 2 pedicures and a full acrylic set!! The spa pedicure for my husband and I was great (he loved the gentleman's sport pedicure) The space was very clean and had a great view of the street below. My nails turned out exactly how I requested them, and they were very accommodating. Parking was easy and they can validate your tickets!!

So incredibly happy that I found this place! I don't live in the area, but desperately needed my nails done. I was a walk in and asked for a French manicure and the older man who did them did an excellent job! The staff is super friendly, the environment is clean, and so are their tools! I definitely recommend stopping by and will definitely be back soon!

This salon has no idea how to manage time. I had an appointment and after waiting for about 15 mins, I noticed that all of the other nail techs were in the middle of pedicures and other services. I decided to leave and very calmly told one of the nail techs at the front why. No one tried to stop me or resolve the issue. Hard pass. read more

The best Pedicure + Dip Powder Manicure I've had in a long time. I highly recommend AMY - she really makes sure everything is perfect and my feet are so soft. Living in the Tysons area since 2002, I have tried almost every nail salon that is or was around, I used to travel to Georgetown or Bethesda just to be satisfied. For the last year I've been frequenting nail salons in Mosaic and finding Amy @ Tysons Nail Lounge today, made me so happy! Yesterday was my first time here, I will be a forever customer. They took my temp when I walked in- big plus especially right now with everything going on! I've been growing out my nails for awhile now and finally decided to get them shaped and done right. Henry did an AMAZING job. I showed him a picture of the shape I wanted and he did just that. Absolutely love the time and effort he put into making them exactly what I asked for. When I showed him the pic he said "whatever you want" with a smile on his face. I came here with a friend who made an appointment for pedicures. It was pretty empty for a Saturday afternoon. We were both getting pedicures and right after checking in they rushed us to our seats- we had probably 1-2 minutes to look at colors and pick one out. Once we were seated we weren't offered anything to drink and the pedicure lasted about 10 minutes. Everything was extremely rushed and my feet didn't feel any different afterwards. Once they finished our pedicures they told us to sit and let our nails dry and they would be back to check but we waited around 15 minutes and nobody came back to check on us read more

I got my nails done here and I wasn't too happy with them at first, but the manager reached out to me immediately to set up another appointment with a 10 day guarantee. I'm not aware of any other nail salon with a 10 day guarantee so I was very pleased. I went to get my nails done today and the manager was very kind and took her time to make sure I felt good about the nails. She took the time to also create a good relationship that encourages me to want to come back and get them done here again! I'm very happy with how my nails turned out! read more

Beautiful location. Staff was not very warm and fuzzy but the spa itself was peaceful. Manicure looked fine at first glance, but my cuticles were not done well enough (a pet peeve of mine), and despite requesting gel it chipped within 6 or 7 days when on average mine last two and a half to three weeks. Location is also on the pricier side for Northern Virginia. read more

I just found my new nail home!! This is by far the CLEANEST and friendliest nail salon I have ever been to. Tracy and Emily did an amazing job with my nails. I am so indecisive so I told them to just do what would look good for me. I wanted a baby pink polish on my hands and a lavender color on my toes. They got me EXACTLY what I wanted. Emily literally spent more than 30 minutes trying to find the exact shade of pink I wanted. She was so patient with me and kept telling me that she wants me to be happy with my nails and that it will be the exact color I want. I honestly felt like they were family. Tysons Nail Lounge, for one, is over priced for the services provided. Secondly, I made appointments two days in a row for a manicure, and both times, I was made to wait over 20 minutes past my appointment time because they took walk-ins who came in 5 minutes before my appointment time and just expected me to wait until they were done. I ended up walking out both times at the 20 minute mark because what's the point of making an appointment if you're still going to make clients wait half an hour to be seen? I went to this nail salon because it was convenient and it had good reviews. The websites prices did not match what I paid. I just got a full set of gel and it was overpriced in my opinion. I paid the same amount when I got a full set and a design on each nail. It was just okay like it wasn't the best set I have ever gotten, so if you're looking for a good quality nail salon, I'd probably go somewhere else. However, if it is convenient for you, then this place is fine. read more

I rarely write reviews! But I hope my post prevents what happened to me to someone else. I have been to this place twice (both times with an appointment). The first time I had to wait 30 minutes before it was finally my turn! They did an ok job! So not worth the wait and money! The second time I wanted to remove my SNS and do a regular manicure! Again I had to wait 30 minutes! They made me wear the "gel polish remover" for 30 minutes! Finally, someone decided to my nails ( after an hour). She couldn't even cut my nails right! I told them I don't even want a manicure anymore! So I left. A few days after, all my nails broke! They ruined my nails with two visits! Don't go to this place. Yes, the place is clean and modern! But people who work there don't know what they are doing. You will be better off going anywhere else! It has been 2 weeks now and my nails are still super weak! read more

I recently moved to this area and saw nice reviews on this nail salon so I walked-in. Spa was very big and staffs were nice. I got dipping power with extension done about a week ago with neutral color. Nail technician was very quick and my nails looked fine and nice at a first glance. However, my cuticles were not done well enough. It chipped near the cuticle area and few nails have gap between my real nails and the tips, which they make the dirts get stuck in between. Lastly, the service price that was on the website was $55+ and i got charged $60. I think it would be easier and better for the staffs or nail technician to give detailed reasons to customers why they charge more. read more

The second time was just as good as my regular nail salon so I decided to come again. Now every time I e come I've had a different person. So this last time I came I got a gentleman by the name of Henry. All I can say is OMG. He is my new person from here on out. First time visiting this place. The salon is very clean and looks super luxurious. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, but the service is not the best. I paid around $70-$75 for a gel pedicure ( not sure how much exactly because I had other services done as well ) the pedicure was relaxing but I have polish on my cuticles and its just not clean. This place is good only if you get a nail tech. I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I and we were waiting for 30+ minutes. We had to share a nail tech. On top of that, they didn't listen to what colors we wanted and kept pushing for the easy way out. We both had dip on and instead of taking it off and doing a new dip, our nail tech just slapped acrylic on. Very disappointed. read more

Her packages are fairly priced and can be used within 6 months of purchase. You can easily make appointments online through their booking system and tip is accepted through cash and credit card. COVID-19 protocols include wearing a mask at all times and a temperature check. Lydia also changes gloves frequently throughout the service and sanitizes her space frequently. I highly recommend this studio which is a reason that I've continued to be a repeat customer for the past few years!

So I recommend contacting her about her offer before you get yourself a Groupon deal! The sugaring process is less painful than wax and has less "side effects" in my opinion. She also goes on to pluck any remaining hairs with a tweezer once she's done. It keeps the area clean for months and the more you get it done, the longer it takes for it to grow out. Their sugaring room is also very clean and you can tell she takes good care of the place. I am a regular here now and have brought many friends that are now regulars as well.

I was more than willing to overlook the glaring spelling errors on her website and hoped that the lack of attention to detail there did not extend to her service. I have natural hair, and Joi gave me a blowout and style. It left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I am not so gracious to overlook unwanted impositions on customers. The owner, Joi, never disclosed that she has a dog (an adorable poodle) on premises and that it has a full free range while clients are present, including jumping on their laps. This is very inconsiderate to some customers. Those of us who have allergies, fear of dogs, or a simple preference not to be around any animal that isn't their pet, our desires are clearly disregarded by Joi not asking our permission or informing us before booking. I was also dismayed watching her style clients who have relaxed hair and also having to smell the burnt hair and burnt product. She had people waiting and waiting under the dryers and kept me waiting almost 45 minutes because she was not ready for me. While I go out of my way to support my fellow African American business owners, I will not recommend or return, but I will say to anyone reading this far down, to make your own choice and judge the results yourself should you go to Joi.

On my way to my appointment today, I was 5 minutes away-and 15 minutes early- when my phone went off-I received an email that my appointment had been cancelled. Knowing I did not cancel this very anticipated and MUCH needed experience...I called the phone number provided, since there was no explanation for the cancellation. After trying 3 times-with no answer, I arrived at the salon, walked down the hall to the suite and knocked, no answer, so I called, again-still no answer. I had to stop two other ladies (from other suites) and ask them if they had any clue as to why there's no answer and where "Nikia" was-they were just as baffled as I was. Upon their advice, I found another salon that I was VERY pleased with instead.

So she gave me this red ring in all 10 finger nails,and I'll have to take vitamins to strengthen my nails and keep it oiled and well taken care of to help them grow back because they got so weak because she pressed too hard trying destroy my nail beds! And I'll have these rings for the next 6 months in my nails if not even longer! This Emily is either unprofessional and knows nothing about nails or envious and can't see ppl with good nails or both (which I'm sure of)! And I'll be following with my dermatologist and with pictures! stay away from this place, unless you want ur nail beds to be destroyed by unprofessional envious people. When I asked her to bring the drill she used to take the picture she was scared to do so because she knows what she did is wrong. I've been coming here for the past year since they first opened. The service is amazing. The shop is very clean and all the staff are happy to help you. They follow all the COVID protocols and use plastic covering for pedicure. I've been to a lot of salons and this one is the best. Emily does amazing designs and SNS/dipping powder. I get a lot of compliments. You know the service must be good and reasonably price because I live in DC and drive to Tysons for my regularly scheduled appointment. read more

Tysons Nail Lounge just opened at the Boro across from Whole Foods and they are fantastic! The salon is beautiful, modern, chic, and most importantly clean. I had a Spa manicure and pedicure which included a warm neck wrap and hot stone massage. Both services were great. They offer parking validation at the garage behind flower child, and they'll also be offering wine soon! I'll be back often! read more
