Extremely poor communication. For the rate I was paying I would expect some English comprehension. But the real reason for the low rating was while I was gone the cleaner knocked the bidet on our toilet and there was a leak. She put a bucket under the leak but she didn't call or text her boss or me let me know there was a leak. I was actually out of town at the time and when I came back my whole bathroom was flooded. Also I had to hire a locksmith when I got back because she didn't understand my instructions to leave one of the doors unlocked so even if she had told me about the leak I couldn't have sent a plumber to fix it anyway because he or she would have been locked out. Honestly it was just tightening a bolt to fix the leak - I was able to do it with my bare hands. So to be clear I'm not complaining about the leak I'm complaining about the failure to communicate about the leak and understand my directions which I actually didn't even get into detail about here. Unfortunately when I gave feedback to the owner and I stated that I was still expecting the cleaning lady to come at the next scheduled date, the owner didn't take it very well and without telling me canceled the date so I was waiting for the cleaning lady to come but she never came. Bottom line: both the owner and the workers at this business are poor communicators and it cost me about $1,000 not including the $500 just to clean my two bedroom apartment once. However, I wouldn't say this was the best service for a deep cleaning (baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, etc. were still in need of some attention). I have used this team twice -- they arrived promptly both times. I opted for a deep clean service both times and they brought their own cleaning tools. Three stars for the great job in the areas they did clean. They did miss some areas (bathroom window, bedroom ceiling fan, kitchen counter, etc.). Each time something happened, a refrigerator was scratched or my guest bathroom toilet was stopped up (this bathroom is rarely used given I just moved in). I hired this company and completely regret it. My apartment was not at all thoroughly cleaned, I could have done better myself in half the time. When I expressed my concern and sent pictures to the owner, she said "ummm okay". Will not be using this company again and do not recommend. Also the cleaning lady broke one of my glasses, didn't tell me and tried to hide it in my trash. I didn't notice until I was taking the trash out, which she didn't even do herself. My normal cleaning lady was out of town so I went with this company and opted for the deep cleaning option. While the two ladies that came were hard working, they took much longer than what I would have expected. For context, my house is 1,500sqft 3bd/2bth which my normal cleaning lady cleans in about 3 hours. This cleaning took 4 hours and that was with 2 people, and I even had them skip a room because I had guests coming over. Overall, the cleaning was good, there were still water/calcium residue on my kitchen countertop and shower glass which I would have thought a deep cleaning would have taken care of. I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they had limited time. In the end the total cost was more than 2x what I pay my normal cleaning lady for similar results. Main takeaway is my normal cleaning lady is getting a raise. read more

Overall, they did a good job at cleaning but missed a portion of the floor underneath my bed (there's visible residue marking from when I cleaned that's still there). However, the aftermath of the service is a headache and a hassle to deal. I expected to have them clean and that's that, but now having to contact Roxanna after the service for separate issues is frustrating. For instance, my cleaning supplies went missing after they left and they broke my blinds and didn't mention it when I came back to review the place. Although I have set up an agreement with Roxanna regarding compensation after discovering the damage, it doesn't take away the dissatisfaction of entrusting a service to be done competently. Truthfully, I want to leave them a better review, but after discovering these issues, it's leaves a sour taste in my mouth and entrusting this company. They lie about their prices and then they charge you more at the end. Also be careful, they use your information for identity theft. We had miss Diva Cleaning Service cleaning services come clean our house because they had cheap prices. But at them end they charged us almost triple the price we had agreed to. Then a few days later I found out someone was using my card to buy all kinds of items online. The cleaning company was the only other person that had my card information. My apartment was a straight up mess and Roxana & her crew of awesome ladies took care of it in no time! They paid great attention to detail, and even in my view went above and beyond what is normally included in a house cleaning, e.g. decluttering, moving furniture to vacuum under it, scrubbing grout, etc. I was really pleased by the price, & the fact that they showed up on time & got right to work. They were also very pleasant to work with. I have a strictly indoor cat who gets a little freaked when anyone new is in the house, & completely wigs out when the vacuum is used, like most cats. The last time I hired a company to clean my house, I came home to the door to my apartment being left wide open and I was sure my cat had ran away. Miss Diva's ladies took special care to make sure that didn't happen. But when I came home my furry roommate didn't make her usual appearance--not even when I opened a can of food for her. Roxana was very patient and kind in response to my not-quite-but-almost panicked texts asking about the cat. Eventually my cat emerged and all was well. I really appreciated Roxana's response in addition to the really great work her crew did on my place. And the icing on the cake is that after she finished Roxana texted me to say that in the future, I don't need as many people for as long, so she would charge me less. Do not waste your time with this company. They are very unprofessional. The maid, Erika, never showed up, no call-who show, as I rearranged my entire schedule before my vacation, around the appointment. I waited around after the "arrival window just in case, because I totally understand things happen. When I mentioned how unprofessional this was, the owner, Roxana, was unable to give a explanation nor did she offer any accommodations.
