The service I received was unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my property due to the negligence and lack of experience demonstrated by the three-person crew. Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00. Please review your records and confirm, your company Easy Movers Inc. did provide moving services for my family.

When I raised concerns about my broken kitchen table, a crew member dismissed the issue by suggesting it was poorly assembled and would have broken eventually. When I reported wall damage and other issues to both the crew supervisor and Customer Care, I was simply told to file a claim without further assistance or accountability. As a result of this move: My kitchen table is unusable My son's dresser is damaged beyond use My home, which I am currently preparing to sell, now requires repairs due to wall damage I had to hire an additional moving service to move items your crew refused to move due to lack of proper equipment. To repair and replace the damaged items with something of comparable quality it will cost me almost $4,600. They only offered me $830, yes you see that correctly, $830 for all of the items damaged. We hired them to pack for us and for the actual move and some aspects of the move were incredible and very professional and others did not go well. The quote and booking process was very efficient and professional and I thought communication from both our team leader, Travis, and from Jason, the owner, was prompt and thorough. I thought my actual moving team was wonderful. We have moved nine times during our marriage due to work relocations as well as personal reasons. The Reign team was highly efficient and the movers did a great job with moving all our furniture, even heavy and more delicate pieces. Things did get a little sloppy right a the end with boxes marked "kitchen fragile" left in the driveway and not all of the packing was logical. It was really very hard to find things because the boxes were not all accurately labeled and didn't have descriptions of what was in them. Some things were just tossed in boxes even if they had been organized in labeled bins in closets of our previous home so unpacking was kind of a disaster. We also had more damaged or just completely lost items than any other move we have ever had. We are missing things like the seat cushion from a chair that is only sold in pairs making it very expensive to replace, the contents of an entire drawer from our kitchen, and then exactly half of the hardware to put our guest bed back together. We then had quite a few things broken - two lamps, a tv, and some glassware. We also had a theft during the move that is currently under investigation with the sheriff's department. We have no plans of moving again but if we were we would consider using Reign for the move itself and I would make sure my valuables were more closely supervised but I would not trust them to pack for me again.

At first I thought I was going to be nickeled and dimed with the extra charges and services available and soon realized the company is up front about EVERYTHING and it was all good information for making the best choices. I ended up paying less than I planned. The crew was on time, polite and careful with everything. Even though the distance was not very far, everything was packed with care to ensure its safe arrival. It was unpacked with equal care. They were extra helpful as well in moving a few items that were not being transported. The office personnel were helpful with their recommendations, keeping me updated and very nice to work with. All in all, a very pleasant experience! A 5 star rating doesn't truly do them justice.

My apartment paid for the move and I truly believe they took advantage of that and could care less about the residents being we didn't pay ourselves. The move out seemed okay but this was my experience at move in. They took all of our large items apart when leaving but completely failed to put them back together at move-in. Worse, they lost the hardware and slats to my bed and broke a leg on the frame.They also completely lost the hardware from my brand-new baby crib that had never even been used. On top of the damage, we are missing multiple critical boxes and items: Bathroom box: Our ONLY bathroom box containing our shower curtains, rugs, picture frame and other essentials. Kitchen items: A box with our dish drying rack, oven mitts, and some pantry foods. Kids' items: A foldable toy chest filled with old and some brand-new toys my kids just received for their birthdays the month we moved. To make matters worse, the company is lying to dodge accountability. They claim we told the crew not to assemble the furniture. I wasn't even present, and my husband was at work, only arriving at the tail end of the move after coming to get the apartment keys. When he immediately noticed items were missing and questioned the movers, they claimed they would "check the truck and storage." My husband even had to point out that they were bringing in random items that belonged to other neighbors because the crew was so disorganized. When we filled out the damage form, they simply stated that their "crew records show everything was returned and nothing was damaged," and told us "there is nothing they can do." They are unprofessional, completely unaccountable, and left my family missing essential household items and toys for my children. I understand if I said our tvs and electronics and things like that were all messed up but these are small daily items and hardware for our beds so we can sleep comfortably. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

First of all they called me twenty minutes earlier than arrival time to tell me they were stuck in traffic and would be ten minutes late which they barely were. The first thing they handed me was the NC moving rights which kudos, that was a brilliant trustworthy tactic. The two guys who assisted me were both polite and thorough, going over everything beforehand and after to ensure I was happy. There were no surprises with the billing and let me just say I unpacked all of my most fragile items- not a single thing scratched or broken!
