I had been searching all over Denver for a place to fill up my RV's propane, the staff here was very helpful, nice and informative. We were also pulling a UHAUL trailer we had rented from a place in California, it had be damaged a few days prior, I asked the U-Haul people what to expect, and they actually gave me advice on how to save money with the U-Haul we are going to return it to, and ultimately we paid 0 damage fees. I scheduled a trailer hitch install at 11am on a Tuesday. I dropped my car off a few minutes late and they told me it would be done in somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour. I came back 30 minutes minutes later and my car rolled out of the bay less than 5 minutes after that. The staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and most importantly competent. In the area in our RV. Came in for a propane tank refill. Great service!! Only problem was, the propane refill area is right beside the equipment return. So, parking and carrying a 30 gal tank would have been easier if it was not in that return area. read more

We are currently on the phone with U-Haul moving storage. Our U-Haul truck died on our driveway! The roadside assistance has not called us back. Do not recommend this service. read more

My stuff was burglarized from this property with the help of one or more employees seeing how my stuff was only in storage for one month before this incident happened they are careless and very rude please be careful I would hate for someone to have to deal with what I am currently experiencing. read more

So I got a propane tank right. I spent a good hour on Sunday afternoon driving around looking for propane from a uhaul dealer. No luck, so I call this place ahead on a Monday afternoon. I ask if they do propane fills today , after 5pm. The man on the phone said yes in a semi questioning voice. So I drive there after work, walk in, guy at the desk said park by the chain link fence- an associate should be out there and with you shortly. Pull the car around. I I take the tank out of the trunk, and while that is happening another car pulls up- walks inside. So I sit out side for a good 10 minutes while nothing goes on. So I place my tank in my passenger side floor board, and lock my car. I walk inside. I get around the boxes and the man behind the counter sees me and in a huffy puffy tone says: " sir- we are training right now so I gotta be out there" I reply " got it". And walk back out. The associate in question wasn't out there and sat down next to the guy at the counter, and walked out in a painstaking way when I came in asking for service to fill my propane tank. I walk up to my car , grab the tank out of my car - he rudely states: " sir storing a propane tank in your passenger area is not safe or legal- you could get a $700 ticket" I try to rebuddle with " I only put it in there to -" and cuts me off and states the same legal catch all he just explained. I allow him to finish then I state what I was saying, then ask how to make getting propane an easy process, the associate explained " that's how we do business at Uhaul" This is beyond poor service- this is terrible. Won't ever support this or any uhaul ever again. Local rental companies will ALWAYS get my business before this POS corporation. Your welcome for my $$ UHAUL!!!! read more

This is a TERRIBLE location to have your valuables stashed. I had a friend whose storage was burglarized and broken in to. The storage employees showed little to no empathy on trying to figure out what happened. They did not care WHATSOEVER. Do NOT put your items here if you wish to keep them. read more

We recently moved ourselves across the country from Denver. This location was nearby our home you can imagine all the supplies it took and the runs we made to Uhaul for packing materials alone for the last 3 months I've been in at least 10x. Prince by far redeemed them from the 1 star score to a 3. He is friendly, professional and willing to help . Unlike some of the other people we've run into for whatever reason it's generally a lousy experience. I'd say there are some major customer service training opportunities at this location and his peers could learn a lot from him. read more

The worst U-Haul service ever! They lie about your contract, can't keep track of your payments, argue with you even when you have proof from your bank and lock you out! Even the regional manager is in on the scam! The 1-800 number will agree with you and yo can prove you've been overcharged, the location won't care! DONT RENT FROM HERE! read more

The Spanish chick behind the counter had the ugliest look on her face and these obnoxious lashes that were so unprofessional and although I was standing at her counter she REFUSED to answer any of my questions letting the women sitting at the counter next to her speak instead. We wanted a truck rental and they changed it to a van without telling us. We were never contacted about the change. We were told the manager had done it and they had no more trucks available. We were stuck with the van. Ridiculous. read more

I went to this location because it's close to my house. I gave them my credit card made a reservation two weeks in advance. I went in two days before my stuff was supposed to be delivered there and they didn't have a reservation evidently when you make a reservation at U-Haul if you don't pay for it that same day and again, they're going to charge you from the time you make that reservation even if it's ahead of time they will charge you that very day. If not, they'll hold your card but they'll give you a reservation to somebody else first come first serve whether you put in a credit card or not I think that is just a crappy way to run a business. And believe me U-Haul customer service is no better. read more

I love giving good reviews but this isn't able to be one. We showed up and a man at the desk didn't have a mask on and a women was asked to step forward and she refused because she was 6 feet away and clearly get uncomfortable about him not wearing a mask, which goes against government orders. It created a hostile environment. He proceeded to say, "oh so this is fine now that I have a mask on. Hope this makes you happy." Yikes. The same employee who harassed this women inside was the same person who hooked up our trailer. He was rude and when we didn't understand what he was asking he stomped off shaking his head. Instead of explaining himself he reached through the vehicle, without gloves and without asking permission to reach in. It was just a little over the top and unnecessary. It was a really negative experience and I hope they consider re-evaluating the expectations for customer service and health safety after receiving this review. read more

I have had my stuff in their possession for 2 years now. Moving in was easy and moving out was just as painless, actually a pleasure. I never had any issues and I always felt like my things were safe with their security system and indoor storage. I moved my stuff out today and there was no dirt collected like outdoor storage units and I barely had to sweep. Everything stayed safe and clean. Moving out was a snap and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone needed a place to safe-keep some things. Thanks for taking care of me and my belongings. read more

People need to understand that there isn't many employees, it will probably be a good minute before you're helped. Throwing a bitch fit isn't going to make the employees help you faster. Be grateful there is company that lets you rent their trucks to move YOUR SHIT. Got a truck on a Saturday from U-Haul which is nice because budget trucks gave my RESERVED truck to someone else. Had a good experience and very happy with the amount of money spent . Paid $78 for my uhaul in total compared to what budget truck was going to make me pay $160. read more

Uhaul in general is not a reliable company. I was told I had a reservation at 10am, then it was moved to noon. When I arrived they informed me that the driver had not returned the truck so I had to wait until 3. When I called to see if the truck was back the customer service rep told me it was and to come pick it up. When I arrived... No truck... Driver not coming back until four. Unreliable customer service, no refunds. Completely and udderly disappointed. read more
