We stored our entire home contents at this facility for less than 6 months while we purchased a new…read morehome in a new city. My unit was robbed, filmed by their cameras, police report made, no arrest, or recovery of items. I had a climate controlled extra large unit with a camera on the door that was broken into. I could see the scratches of some of the larger items go down the hall and into another locked unit. I felt like someone there knew something and didn't want to get involved. The facility was not held accountable in way nor did any of the management reach out with notification. We discovered the break in ourselves. Such a disappointment.
