The website says they are open and list all they offer. No one there and nothing in the office. Should be listed as storage only.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly 20 years of doing business with U-Haul/Public…read moreStorage, this experience was unacceptable. This occurred at the League City/Webster location off I-45 South. I originally rented a box truck back in February and was told--just like the hold message still advertises today--that renting a truck includes one free month of storage with "no strings attached." I specifically asked multiple times if that was really the case, and I was repeatedly assured that it was. Over the following months, I spoke with seven different representatives, asking the same question each time because I wanted to be absolutely certain before using the promotion. Every single one confirmed that I simply needed to redeem it before my next billing cycle. Two days before my payment was due, I called again and was told I could complete everything online and simply check in at the facility. When the online process failed, I went to the office where manager Josh handled my account. Instead of trying to solve the problem, he appeared frustrated and overworked, gave what sounded like a scripted response, and repeatedly talked over me. When I explained that U-Haul had honored similar promotions for me in the past by allowing me to transfer the unit to my wife, mother, or another family member after physically moving the contents, he interrupted me and accused me--in front of other customers--of trying to "undermine" or "manipulate the system." That was insulting. I wasn't trying to game the system. I was simply explaining what your own employees had repeatedly told me and what your company had allowed in the past. The entire ordeal cost me an entire day of work, and at no point did anyone acknowledge that or express any concern for the inconvenience their mistakes caused. It became obvious that my time meant very little to the company. After leaving, I escalated the issue to corporate. The regional manager, Jerry, never apologized, never offered a solution, and simply thanked me before ending the call. It felt like I was talking to an automated process rather than people who genuinely cared about resolving a customer's problem. To make matters worse, I later called back to get Josh's last name. He answered, I said "hello" twice, and he hung up on me. When I called back, instead of acknowledging that he had disconnected the call or apologizing for it, he insisted that he had said hello, waited three seconds without hearing a response, and then hung up. He seemed far more interested in arguing that he had done nothing wrong than taking responsibility. He talked over me again, claimed he had shown empathy because he apologized for turning me away, but he never apologized for hanging up on me. Instead, he continued defending his company's poor handling of the situation instead of trying to resolve it. The most disappointing part wasn't losing a free month of storage--it was the complete lack of ownership, empathy, and respect. After nearly 20 years as a loyal customer, I was treated like someone trying to scam the system instead of someone simply asking the company to honor what multiple employees had promised. I hope U-Haul takes a serious look at how this location handles customer concerns. Policies are one thing, but treating loyal customers with respect should never be optional. I'll be paying my final month of storage in July, and after that I'll be moving my business to one of U-Haul's competitors.

You can literally find just about anything you need here, from snacks and souvenirs to fresh food and desserts. The moment you walk in, the smell of fresh brisket and barbecue hits you right away. The brisket sandwiches are fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The bakery section is dangerous in the best way possible, filled with so many delicious goodies and sweet treats that it's hard to choose just one. The hot food section had so many tasty options available that I honestly couldn't decide what to get. Everything looked fresh, hot, and delicious. No matter what you're craving, they probably have it. The store itself was super clean, well organized, and surprisingly efficient considering how busy it gets. The staff kept everything moving smoothly, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. If you've never been to Buc-ee's, you need to stop at least once. And once you do, you'll probably find yourself wanting to stop every time you see one on the road.

If you want to maybe have someone show up, who possibly got out of prison yesterday, to pack your valuables and ruin half of it then you should defiantly call them. Otherwise use a reputable moving business.

She called all weekend until she finally showed up on Monday and no one was there. she rued to get in through the gate but because she hasn't paid they suspended her code so we had to wait for someone to come and open it for us. Same thing to get out, account was suspended so the code didn't work, so we were stuck there for at least an hour waiting for another to come. We called the owners, no answer. My mom went up there this morning, when she got there, her storage unit was locked so my mom wasn't able to access it. She went to the front desk to ask why they had locked it if they know she goes to pay every month. Vanessa Binetti said there were rules she had to follow, and to lock all the storages that haven't been paid for. They go back to the storage unit to get it unlocked, Miss. Binetti starts yelling at my mom accusing her of being a liar, yelling at her that she wasn't going to pay, not knowing that my mom was planning on paying after she loaded up all of her stuff. She continued to scream at my mom and get into her face. She told my mom she was still going to charge her for the full month, even tho she was only using it for a week. The nursery employees saw what was going on. Vanessa is so rude and disrespectful, will never do business here again. Do not go here unless you want to get accused of being a liar and want to get unfairly charged. Terrible customer service.

I interviewed about 6 moving companies and right away from talking with Abner I felt comfortable. Other moving companies were very persistent, trying to sell me, and seemed dishonest. Abner was very responsive and straight forward but did not contact me again after initial quote until I decided to go with him. He garunteed pick up date and arrival date (and time and was 10 minutes early each time!) which was huge for us as our move had to be very scheduled and other companies quoted us a 2 week interval (or more!) of when our items would be delivered. His crew in Houston arrived and packed our entire apartment, included disassembling basic items. They were extremely professional and efficient. Every item even valuable and breakable items arrived in perfect condition. He met us in San Fransisco 5 days later and him and two others unloaded all our boxes and assembled any dissassembled items. Again very professional and efficient. Iron back movers turned what could have been a very stressful move into 0 stress. Abner was extremely hardworking, professional, and easy to work with as was every member of his team. We hope we can use him for any future moves even though we are no longer in Houston!

On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and they were so quick in moving everything! within two hours everything had been moved out of our townhome! It took them another hour and a half to move everything to the new place. Very impressed! They also wrapped certain pieces of furniture for us and disassembled as well as assembled others. Cost was reasonable as well. I would say they are more cost efficient compared to other movers we had inquired. Overall we had a good experience with iron/back movers and would use them again for our next move!
