These guys are good. Came In twice over a month. Once to see if we could rent a car dolly to tow our car with an RV. It turns out we could not (car plus dolly higher weight than out hitch rating). But they were very professional and courteous and explained everything to us. We came in a second time a couple of weeks later, when another location had really messed up picking up a previous rental (truck and car tow dolly). Even though they didn't have the equipment we were looking for, they called corporate to undo some of the problems caused by the manager at the other location and found the equipment close by. We thanked them and told them we appreciated their work. The manager here said well the most important thing is to take care of the customer. This was very refreshing to hear after all the problems at the previous location. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to do U-Haul rentals. read more

Why would you have only 1 associate working on a Sunday morning. 6 people in line in front of me and the one associate checking everybody in and running back and forth to get everybody's truck and then handle the next customer and then go get their truck. She's hustling but yeah and doing the best she can but yeah, you need to staff up correctly. Kudos to Taylor Ruiz for running a one woman show and staying cool through it all. read more

If I could give them a negative star I would. We reserved a Uhaul to be picked up on December 12th at 9PM. Their easy checkout (after hours) was ridiculous! Needless to say it did not work so we spent 2 hours on hold with the 24 hour line. 30 min wait for first rep to tell us she could not do anything and she need to transfer us, 40 mins until we spoke with someone else only to tell us that we were in wrong que. Another 50 mins on hold to get to someone that could help us, mind you we were told that the wait on hold would not be that long because there was only 2 people in the que. So, either Uhaul only has 1 person working in each department or that have that many issues they need to deal with. In my business we are frequent flyers with renting a truck....needless to say Uhaul will not be our go to anymore!! Out of all this we did finally get a truck at 11:15 last night and they gave us a 20ft truck for the price of a 10ft truck, we needed the 10ft. With all the time and frustration I think the truck should have been free.....along with an apology .....but who am I. read more

Ran out of propane cooking dinner last night. Grabbed my tank and ran up to this store. Pulled in at 6:56 pm. The guy inside saw me pull up and ran to the door and locked it as I was walking up to it. He saw my tank and pointed at his watch and wagged his finger no. They close at 7pm. So incredibly rude! I hope the owner sees this and looks into it. read more

I rented a trailer from this location. I booked it through another location that is closer to me, but the trailer was only available here, so I was forced to come to this location. I walked in the door and there was nobody working the place. I waited a few minutes and multiple times loudly asked, "is anybody here?" I walked around the side and saw some people working behind a locked glass door. I knocked on the door and they motioned me to go to the main entrance. I shouted through the glass, "there's nobody inside!" That seemed to get things rolling. Two young guys walked out of the back and they both attempted to help me at the same time from separate terminals. It was strange, and ultimately one guy ended up helping me. Another customer came in for a simple propane refill while I was being helped, and they were left to wait. The two employees literally retrieved the trailer from the back, then one guy proceeded to watch the other hook everything to my truck, while the propane customer waited patiently. I find it strange that one guy couldn't go fill the propane tank, while the other hooked up the lights and safety chains to my truck. The guy who did all of the work, took a picture of the trailer and all of the connections with his phone, to prove he hooked it up correctly. If that is the case, why does he need a witness to watch him work? I've owned trailers in the past, and I've been able to hook them up all by myself, as have most people with any experience pulling trailers. I really felt bad for the propane customer. I felt so bad in fact, that I went and started a conversation with him to pass the time, as we both watched two employees do the work of one person. read more

I hate driving a uhaul so much until today I was able to avoid it. The staff here was great! Friendly, helpful and attentive. The uhaul was in great shape for a uhaul which is pretty much the scariest thing to drive EVER IMO (at least with a normal license). They also full propane which is also a plus, def would recommend again to anyone looking to move their own junk :) read more

I scheduled an appointment for 12 to have my wiring looked at. I waited for 15 minutes to even be addressed in the store. I had 3 different employees walk by me without even giving me a glance at the counter. The one employee at the counter talked with the one customer for 15+ minutes as the line grew behind me. They need more employees on a Saturday. Once I did get help they got the job done. There were a lot of frustrated folks. read more

Had a hitch installed on my SUV. The car came back with a dent in the rear hatch. Showed the manager and he got very defensive and gave me their insurance claim number to call. 2 months later after getting them all damage info they denied my claim. Won't meet with me. Never saw the car. I provided all documents many times and they blew me off. Never experienced anything like this in my 73 years! Now my only options are Arbitration or small claims to get them to pay the $1097 Damage I guess one now has to take time and date stamped photos of all sides of your car before dropping it off for service. Amazingly bad service from a national company who I have been doing business with for over 50 years. Very sad. read more

We moved my son up from Tucson and rented a small trailer. When it was time to return it, my husband and son were unavailable and I had to return it on my own. I was a little nervous to drive the trailer, pull it into the U-Haul, and have everything disconnected properly. Salvador was amazing! He was kind and helpful! The worst customer service I have received in at least twenty years. They ignored customers, acted like they were doing us a favor by pointing to where product was available and seemed like workers out of some movie about Russian bureaucracy . DO NOT rent carpet-cleaning equipment from the 32nd St and Bell Rd location. After looking at several rental options I decided to rent from U-Haul because the website showed an upright rug doctor machine with an upholstery attachment and small bottles of cleaning solution. Fine print does say the machine may be a Thermax, which I did not see until I started to write this review. I called to reserve a machine, stated I wanted to clean the carpet in a couple rooms and would also want to clean a couch. I was told I could have the machine for 10 hours for $19.99 and that I would pay when I returned the machine. When I arrived I was surprised that the machine was a Thermax, the store only had large bottles of solution at $40, and that the cost was $19.99 for 4 hours. The sales person (Stephan) was polite when I commented on the price of solution and that the machine and quote were different than was lead to believe. Stephan apologized, but when I asked questions the manager Matthew Miller, was very curt. He interrupted Stephan as he tried to respond to my questions. Because I had driven several miles to reach the location and had planned to complete this task before company arrived, I reluctantly rented the machine. After I rented the machine I was told that I would pay when I returned the machine. As Stephan was putting it in my car he told me the heating element did not work and that I would need to boil water on the stove. He also mentioned that machine had a small leak, but he made it seem like it was not a big deal and I believed it was the clean water. He briefly explained how to attach the hoses. When I got home I took a 45 minutes to get enough water hot to fill the container. The machine did not seem to be leaking - until I had used the machine for about an hour and a half, then I noticed dirty water all over my floor. I thought I had sloshed the water as I was moving the machine. It wasn't until I returned the machine when another sales person said I was supposed to dump the dirty water every 5-10 minutes. I have now spent $65 and four hours of my day only to question what my carpet and couch will look like when they dry. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the entire process Stephan apologized for not telling me to dump the water and went to check with the manager. Matthew Miller said I should have brought it back right away. I now have more spots and stains on my carpet and couch than before I rented this equipment. NEVER again will I do business with UHAUL read more

The crew at this Uhaul location were all great! Stefan (the manager I believe) was extremely helpful and professional as I had an issue with my truck when I rented a trailer from them. I'd definitely recommend this location and as always will use Uhaul with any of my trailer rental needs. A+ read more

Arrived 20 minutes before closing time, took my propane tank out of the car. The U haul worker, which I believe was the owner, was about 4 feet away from the propane filling station and said, we close the propane 30 minutes before closing. What a lack of customer service! If the store is open, assist your customers. You missed out on a sale and I will not be coming back to your place, I will happily drive farther to someone who cares. Additionally, there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the lot, it appeared the Uhaul worker just didn't feel like providing service. read more

This was the worst truck rental experience I have ever had! The truck broke down within 10 min of leaving the rental store. They had roadside assistance come and I was told to wait while they tried to fix the truck for me, so that could use it again. The truck ended up being towed. I was never offered a replacement. I had to be taken back to the store by the people that towed me and when I arrived an hour and a half later they asked me to pay for the time I had the truck. When I explained, again, that the truck broke down and was towed. They proceeded to ask for money for the gas. The manager was as equally as rude as his employees. I have never experienced such levels of poor customer service and will never rent from here again. read more
