When I mentioned the rescheduling phone call, I was rudely told that was not what happened. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and asking me to reschedule, the yrude oung lady behind the counter proceeded to mansplain to me why it was going to take so long. I left and will not be back. I'd rather pay more at the dealer and be treated with a bit of respect.

You can have access from 5am to 10pm and the office is open in between that like 7am to 7pm most days. Some staff are bilingual in Spanish. And sometimes you will find people waiting out there to help you for some money and it is very beneficial when you need a secondhand and you can get the storage things done faster. The only warning is if there are people who store food the rodents might come so make sure you pack your stuff in bins that can't be eaten through and anything you prize should be wrapped well. And definitely don't leave any food in the storage please. You will regret it and the other renters will have a nightmare.
