A bit of context: we had tried with much difficulty to set something up with the Salvation Army to pick up for donation. It was a huge ordeal but we finally secured a date for pickup 3 months out. So finally, when the eagerly anticipated pick-up date arrived, imagine my dismay when I didn't get so much as a call or notification that they were coming by. Turns out they pretty much miffed on the appointment with zero notification. Even took a half day from work to accommodate their 4-hour pickup window. Sucks. So imagine my relief when I called Bryan to schedule a pickup, which we did for the same week (he offered same-day, but my schedule was the limiting factor here). I had several items of junk material - including a large and heavy fridge sitting in the sun room at the back of the home. After reading the Yelp reviews, we called Bryan on a Tuesday afternoon and he was able to come over the next morning to haul away a huge amount of yard waste. He was very pleasant and flexible and he arrived right when he said he would. The guy who had come on Sunday and trimmed all our shrubs was back and finishing more yard work. Brian came on time at 9 AM to take away a sandbox in the backyard and a Lifescan standing-desk-with-track in one of our upstairs bedrooms. They dismantled what they could of the standing desk.
