The owner, Brian responded in a timely fashion, got clear about the scope of the project and then provided a very fair, highly competitive price (I know because I did my due diligence asking for quotes from other companies for this same job - ALL quoted a higher cost). Brian and his associate Jason arrived well within the window of their original ETA, did a quick assessment of the job and then went to work straightaway. Brian's years of experience and talent for these types of projects (he removed a hot tub and large metal shed, along with some other scrap materials for us) paid off in spades. They got the job done if a far quicker time frame than I had anticipated, working smart and efficiently. They were communicative about their process throughout the project, answering any and all questions I had for them.
