My first time today visiting UMI nail salon. The other place in Clinton that I have gone to in the past is always overbooked and takes a long time (even though the quality is good). I tried UMI today, and I did not even have an appointment and they fit me in and were very pleasant. Great quality manicure and wonderful pedicure. I've moved from the Milford area looking for a nail salon. The first salon I had gone to for UV gel, I left with crooked nails that were way too thick. Luckily I found U.Mi. Summer did a UV gel fill and I could not be happier. The location is extremely clean and Summer was a pleasure to work with. I love that I can also book online, my work schedule can be chaotic so having that choice is fantastic. Highly recommend! read more

The employees are nice. I was not very happy with my manicure though. The length on both hands are different. There is a lot of polish on my cuticles. My cuticles also were not fully cleaned. He accidentally made one of my cuticles bleed. He then proceeded to take a little bottle of a blue liquid and put the applicator directly onto the cut. Very unsanitary. read more

Took me in for my appointment right on time. The nail tech who helped me was pleasant and efficient. She was not put off about showing me how a couple different colors would look on my nails before I chose. She worked efficiently and my nails look great. Amazing experience every time I go! It really does live up to its name Cozy Nail & spa. The atmosphere is impeccably clean, beautiful, and cozy. They have relaxing music playing while you get your nails/toes done. They're incredibly gentle with manicures/pedicures and their lemon spa pedicure is so freakin good -- I catch myself falling asleep in the chair because it's so relaxing! Very relaxing experience and my nails/toes always come out pretty I recommend this place to all my friends family when they're in the area and need a salon I also go here a lot with my mom and it's a really nice mother/daughter experience with the atmosphere they create . This is a beautiful, and immaculate establishment with a "high end" atmosphere. Sparkling chandeliers, gorgeous spa chairs with brand new sterile equipment every time.Excellent value for their services, with super friendly and professional technicians! Emily is so kind and so meticulous with her craft! I always leave feeling pampered and special. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable here. I could give this place a 0 if I could. Definitely not going back there and will not recommend it. worst experience I've had in a nail salon and a waist of money. I asked for round shape, he filed the nails so much that ended up getting them a lot shorter than what I asked. One of the nail broke the next day( because of how much he filed) and another two days later. I was charged $5 extra For the shape he ended up doing, knowing that I asked for a simple round shape. I called the salon to speak with a manager to asked if she could fix my nails since the guy did a horrible job and they said " we don't have manager sorry and hang up". $65 nails for less than 24hrs. read more

They cut my cuticles so hard that I started to bleed on multiple fingers. They continue to paint my nails which got blood on the brush, but they still put it back into the polish! Super unsanitary. read more

I made an appt for a mani/pedi. It took over an 1 hour for the pedi. I waited another 10 mins before I asked how long it would be, the manager said, right now. She had someone put the cotton and clips on my nails to remove the polish. I sat there another 8 mins. Finally, I said I had to leave.
