Me and my sister in law came to this place for the full service nails and pedicure! We left with two pedicures and one missing polish! First off the smell of sewer from here is so over powering I honestly don't know how we sat there that long. My pedicure was ok definitely rushed but a mediocre job. They use old files that look worn out and reuse all of their things I decided not to do my nails considering my sister in laws bad pedicure and the smell so I asked if we could just pay so one lady with a horrible attitude ripped the toe separater from my toes messing up my polish! She said pay now then I fix I said no fix now then I'll pay she was so rude saying she didn't even mess it up. I also walked out barefoot bc she didn't offer me any sandals! Back to my sister in laws pedicure she was so disappointed she took her own color off there on site! This place is honestly not a good idea it was extremely disgusting! read more

My sister and I and my 2 nieces wanted to have a girls day and get pedicures. It was really difficult finding a nail salon open the day before the 4th of July. We luckily called this salon and they were able to take 4 of us for last minute pedicures. The pedicures were so fast and sloppy. Every single one of our polishes were bubbled when we got into the car. The man who did my pedicure had the strangest technique. It was like he's never painted nails before. He applied the strokes side to side instead of straight it was very weird. He was very rough with my cuticles as well. My pedicure was painful. My other issue is that my 11 year old niece was not comfortable having her legs rubbed by a male employee and no female employee was available. I only saw 5 male employees. We just wanted her feet in the spa then painted. I still said I would pay for the spa pedicure price but the employee insisted on rubbing her legs saying that his boss would be mad if he didn't. I should have listened to the other reviews. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they got us in last minute without appointments. read more

I was in town for a day on a work trip and decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi so I yelped a nail salon. I'm SOOOO glad I picked U Nail. Trish and Andy were AWESOME! I got the deluxe pedi and mani (can't remember the real names from the menu) and they were FAB! The pedicure included lavender scented jelly to start and ended with the MOST AMAZING and longest massage (with hot stones) I've ever had. (And then paraffin wax and another short rub to top it off!) The manicure was excellent and was also the longest massage I've ever had, also with hot stones. They did not rush through ANY part of it. It may have helped that I was the last customer of the day, but even so, they DID NOT rush to finish by closing time. They stayed open later to finish and then let my nails dry. I also had Trish shape and wax my eyebrows and she did an excellent job with my imperfect brows. I will DEFINITELY find a reason to get back here for another work trip when it's time for another mani/pedi. Worth every penny!! Had the jelly pedicure today! Absolutely the best and most relaxing pedicure I have ever had! I felt pampered from the time I entered the salon until the time I left! My toes look beautiful and the experience was most enjoyable! The salon is under renovation right now, so I was offered a service discount. Can't wait to see the remodel project when it is completed! I am very unhappy with my experience at U nails. My mom and I went in for no chip manicures and regular pedicures. The place is unclean and very unprofessional looking. There were nails and random pieces of wood coming out of the walls. Beyond it unconventional appearance, the service was poor at best. Just after we arrived, a lady had just finished getting her eyebrows done and was VERY unhappy with the results. Although she was being dramatic, the owners did nothing to compensate for her messed up brows. After she left they complained to my mom and I about her behavior. The owner was in a hurry and was upset with the past customer and took it out on my moms hands, making her finger bleed and only quickly apologizing AFTER I had to bring it to his attention.Taking private phone calls on speaker phone while taking care of us, stopping midway to do other things, and having their small child roam around putting utensils they use into her mouth and hair were just a few of the red flags. While getting our pedicures, the small child played in our feet water. One of the customers was kind enough to watch the child and come pick her up after she began touching my wet toenail polish. After all of this, it had been over 2 hours. They charged us $150 not even attempting to compensate for the unclean and extremely unprofessional service. I later returned to the store to ask for compensation for the unfair price of a terrible nail experience and the below average job they did on my mom and my nails and he responded "the price is the price, go ahead and write a bad review. make sure it is worded well." I would never go back there and would highly recommend that you do not go there either. read more
