She was working on someone else and I was okay with waiting a couple minutes ... 15 minutes later, she asked me to soak my feet in water and was nowhere near done with the other customer .. I was like mhm ok ... after 25 minutes, I couldn't do it anymore. I started to take my feet out of the water and told her I couldn't wait any longer and that I understand things happen but to not take reservations then ... instead of apologizing, she goes "things happen, people take longer, that's how it goes".... I don't think businesses that last run in an unorganized manner ... if you're in the area - beware! Use another nail salon in Astoria! Unless you don't mind aimlessly waiting ..

The color selection here is vast, you'll definitely find something you like. My technician was extremely precise, made sure I was happy with the shape and length of my nails and even fixed one that had chipped off a bit. The painting process of this manicure was a little tedious - I appreciate her wanting to get it just right but she did have to start over on a few nails and got some paint around the edges and on my hand which she had to remove at the end.
