Proper technique does not require aggressive buffing, and the damage is clearly due to poor prep, not my nail health. I've had regular manicures for years and never experienced this kind of damage. My nails are now taking months to grow out and recover. I would not recommend this place, especially if you care about the long-term health of your natural nails.

When we came back, they still didn't have time for us. It's frustrating, especially when it happens repeatedly and there's no effort to make it right.
