Good selection but not good business ethics. Their website says that there are 30 day exchanges. This is not what they tell you when you try to exchange something. They do not answer their phones and they do not honor what their website states. Ended up having to purchase the right part for full price a second time. Ouch! read more

Went here to get a bumper cover for a van. Knew how they like to charge extra money for every little thing and had already removed the foglights, grill insert, turn signals, bumper support, and assorted brackets that hold cover on vehicle. Go inside to pay for bumper cover and the guy says that its three bucks more for the license plate holder. I figured that they would say that and removed the license plate holder because already had one. The guy saw and understood that i didnt want to pay their nickel and dime tactics. they try to do this garbage every time you buy parts from them. Another example is that their price list has different categories for headlights with($34.99) or without($17.99) turn signals incorporated. Guess which one they ring up automatically-without even looking at the part-unless you are watching them and have to argue with them that the light you are buying doesnt have turn signal in it. anyway when i get to my garage i see on the damn receipt that the jerk went ahead and put the 3 bucks for the license plate holder on the charge anyway. removed it and set it on the counter right in front of him. there was no way that i was going to get out of there without this guy charging for it. shitty practice on there part. also attitude big time from this guy. wont be back ever.
