We passed by camel towing on the way to the RV at 830 and all the tow vehicles were still there from the day before. It's now 10:17 and we're STILL WAITING!!! We've called twice- no but no answer! Apparently they don't need our business and they don't need yours either. If this is how they treat a an 86 yr.old veteran...finally got an answer! I was told my pick up would by approximately 11:20am. After waiting an hour past their own ETA I tried calling the driver 3 times in giving them 30 to 45 minutes between each call to allow a ample time for a call back, I still never heard back from anyone. I should have known with a name like Camel Tow they would be a joke. It hard enough being stranded two states from getting back home, it's even worse when you have to deal with a company who simply flakes when you need to get you to a service station or even let you know why they left you high and dry. I recommend using any other company other that these clowns. They are a joke in name and in the service they claim to provide. These guys should be doing something like collecting unemployment, and not providing necessary service which can impact you getting your vehicle where it needs to be.
