my car breaks were pretty bad last few weeks i been metal to metal i knew i needed them fix but with holidays and knowing i would be spending some money i hesitated to go anywhere until i searched and found us auto care in riverside not only was the customer service great ,edward really made me feel like he cared and he did with there acima leasing making it affordable to get the work i needed done ,low down payment , i left my car there for the day edward even offered me a loner car so i was able to take kids to school i wasnt without a vehicle for the day ,my car is now safe to drive thank you edward and team i now found a place i will recommend to family ans friends and continue my vehicle maintenance here ..

I have a Nissan versa 2011, I took my car to different mechanics , every time I got a different diagnostic and nobody fix the problem. A friend recommended US AUTOCARE and I really glad I went. Really thankful for their service and truly appreciated Marcos took his time to explained me what's going on with my car!

I have to give it to Eddie and his crew I took my sons car in to have the motor replaced they did a amazing job and kept me updated with what was going on they also saved me some money by doing some other stuff and not charging me for some of it I would recommend this place to anyone I know and don't know take it to them you won't be unhappy friendly staff and Eddie and Jeff are well informed about their business thank you both and your crew read more

This is the kind of shop I been looking for! I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was having issues with my car for a long time! Not only did they repaired it but went above a beyond as far as advising me about the preventative maintenance for my car. I would highly recommend us auto care ! Genuine care for the customer AND the Automobile! This place and in particular Edward are top-notch. My experience with US Autocare gives me faith there's still businesses out there who truly care about people. They were also affordably priced. My Father had an old car in storage for 10 years, he was finally able drive it and needed help. I live out of state, so I googled this place and spoke with Edward. He immediately started helping and offered to help coordinate, a tow, a locksmith (the keys were lost) and revival of the old car and he made it easy. I flew in for 3 days to see things through and Edward scheduled things to get the car to the location, assessed and running in that amount of time. He and/or his staff provided updates and kept me looped in on progress daily. They understood how special the old car was to my Father and treated it that way, not to mention going out of the way to provide customer service and ensure we knew we were taken care of. I can't say enough and would recommend US Auto Care to EVERYONE who has auto repair needs, you won't be disappointed. read more

She called AAA and had a tech come out to replace her tire with her spare. When the tech located her spare, it was flat. Most tire companies check your spare when you have new tires installed. She went back this morning to have her tires checked. The tech told her she needed an alignment. She explained that she just purchased the back two tires and they performed an alignment. He said he didn't know that even though she had it done in that store and he had reviewed her account on the computer. She asked to speak with a supervisor. A man named Joseph explained to her after she described her experience that America's Tire always offers an alignment when you purchase tires. That sounds horrible to me because they didn't check the car to see if need an alignment. They just offer it for the upsell. Furthermore, they patched the tire. So why would she need an alignment? Bad business. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I have referred a ton of business to American's tires and I will not do that again. I feel bad for the next innocent, trusting individual that goes in and is under the impression they need an alignment when they don't. Because they offer it, regardless if the car needs it or not. They should be ashamed of themselves. And then they reply and say they want to correct it with more information but the link doesn't work.

I want to thank Edward for the wonderfully great service work U.S Autocare did on my vehicle. I described the problem I was having and he knew exactly what the problem was. I am very pleased and satisfied with my service work and two days after dropping my vehicle off it was fixed and ready to go and the cost was reasonable and affordable. I own a Chevy vehicle, I took it to the chevy dealership in Moreno Valley and I explained to them the exact same thing I explained to Edward. They had me leave my vehicle with them for 24-48 hours (which ended up being 5 days and I had to rent a car to get to and from work). After paying $225.00 for diagnostic charges all they could tell me was that they needed to go into my vehicle's crankshaft to look for the problem further (which could turnout to be nothing at all) and it would cost an additional $1150.00. I was furious!!! Not only did they not fix or address the problem originally I came in there for, they tried to charge me for something my vehicle did not need. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the dealership for any work my vehicle needs done in the future. I will be returning to U.S Autocare for ALL of my vehicle service-repair needs...Thank you Edward. read more
