My BMW reservoir tank for my coolant exploded exiting off the freeway and immediately overheating, luckily U.S Autocare was just about 600 feet and I was able to pull in and ask for service. I was greeted by Edward and he immediately went out and inspected my vehicle. Amazing customer service but when it came down to my quote I am more than sure they were overcharging me for my repairs. I then decided to leave with my car to go somewhere else and they charged me 95 dollars for an inspection fee that only took 20 mins. I didn't know that my car has special wheel locks that required them to call Volkswagen and work with them to get them unlocked. This was of no cost to me. I took my car in to have the automatic door locks repaired because I couldn't open it with either the key or by pulling up the knob. The technician worked on the problem and couldn't find any problem with it but regardless, he spent a considerable amount of time dissembling the mechanism to troubleshoot the problem. As it turns out, the problem resolved itself and Eddie didn't charge me a dime for the labor involved! I was thrilled. Such excellent customer service! Do not take your car here! They had to take my dash apart to get to the heater core and broke multiple clips and a cubby under the steering wheel. When my dad noticed it wasn't closing correctly at the shop the man there Eddie had tape on his finger and told my dad it was there because he cut his finger. I have tried to get them to replace the cubby because after close inspection, they filled the clip with silicone. They told me that even though they did take it out, it was broken when it got there and they really didn't want to replace it. After turning them into my extended warranty company, my husband decided to get the cubby ourself because my husband didn't want them to put a hand on our car. Today my cubby arrived and my husband who is a certified mechanic installed. When we took the broken one out what do we find, the tape that was on the guys finger jammed in the clip around a nickel to keep the clip from falling out. I am currently working with my extended warranty company and will be contacting the better business bureau. read more

My daughter took her car into Eddie. She described in detail what the car was doing. He told her to leave the car, he would check it out, and contact her with an estimate and the scope of work that needed to be done. When he didn't call her, she called him. He listed repairs the car needed and the cost of over $1400. She gave approved for him to start working on the car. She told him she would need to arrange for Lyft or Uber to bring her back to the shop when repairs were done and that it was important that he call her in enough time to make it there. He promised to call but he didn't. She called to ask when the car would be done, he said by the time you get here it'll be ready. It was after closing by the time Lyft got her there. She paid, Eddie told her the car was running great, it had been test driven without any problems, then rushed her out of the shop. The car stopped running 5-10 minutes after she picked it up. She had to push it home. Since Eddie left immediately after being paid, I went on the shop's website and sent an email delineating what had just happened and said he needed to tow the car back to his shop and repair it correctly. The next day I followed up the email with a call. Long story short, instead of towing the car back he sent 2 guys to pick it up. They immediately realized the car could not be driven and needed to be towed. Instead of accepting responsibility, towing the car back to the shop and offering to repair the damage, he said it needed a new motor and she would have to pay for all repairs. I said if he had checked the car throughly as he claimed, and had test driven it, like he claimed, why then did he not recommend a new motor before charging $1498 for a tune up and brakes? Instead after allegedly making repairs the car was in worse shape than before. I also added that she was almost hit while trying to push the car out of the intersection. He didn't seem to care, offered no words of concern. I am thankful she was not injured or killed when the car stopped in traffic and had to be pushed. read more

Eddie had my truck for a good amount of time trying to figure out the problem, and as a team we couldn't figure it out. During that time he only asked me to cover a certain portion until we resolved the problem. The rest I was able to cover with the financing company he works with. Once we got down to it he came through with the rest of his team of experts like Alex and Jeff, and they figured out the issues my truck had.
