I get email after email after email from PAYPAL My Paypal got hacked by some douche bag overseas was attempting to get so much money in a matter of minutes as they had access to a bank account connected to PP. Called US bank and immediately froze my account etc After my 4th xanax, I knew there was nothing I could do but wait to get back to the states and go to nearest US Bank to get a new account and all the shlepping it requires. CARLOS was a life saver. I was in an out in under 15 minutes as I have a relationship with USbank with homes & cars (Im essentially their btch for 30 years) He helped me with my new account, monies transferred, pin, temporary card, rushed my new card... the whole 9 yards. Once again I can't say enough great things about the employees at this branch . To start all 3 windows are always open with attendance to help . Marine the manager is always prompt with utmost professionalism , Sveta the teller , Ray and Chris and the big guy Anree are super helpful and call you by your name. Apparently this branch automatically places 7 business day holds on all checks over $5,000 regardless of account history, other account balances, back up reserve and credit accounts, and account balance. While I understand that they want to mitigate risk, and risk is allegedly higher in an in-store branch, all of the above are considerations to ensure half decent customer service. Unfortunately, this branch staff does not think to complete this basic review, does not care about going above or beyond, and does not care about its customers. Additionally, apparently the Manager is the only one who can resolve problems, leaves at 3, and has no backup. I am very upset today because I went to two US Bank Branches to withdraw money. One US Bank gave me an amount less than I asked to withdraw from my account because she said they didn't have enough cash so I went to this bank instead. It took a few moments for them to enter my info/ account into the system. They told me because I was moving money across my different accounts that they were suspicious of me. I had deposited a check from Carmax and that check cleared on my bank. I have the right to do whatever I want with my money. They thought I was doing something wrong by trying to withdraw cash. The guy called the other bank to verify a check that I deposited and he said that the check wasn't verified. I am so clueless why he'd do that when it says on my account that the check has cleared and it was positive balance on my account. This Bank is no good. I am closing my account and moving my money elsewhere. I am very disappointed with the tellers here. They didn't even seem professional. They probably thought I was going to do something bad because of the color of my skin. Because I was Asian. I am never ever going to visit this branch. They seem racist... read more

Carol was good in taking care of my problem with only one month back on my monthly charge. I was on the hospital since I opened it in February but Carol does not seem to care. I understand I am not white I am Filipino and that is what I felt.There was a new teller being trained but does not know of being customer service friendly. Is it so hard to smile. The employees that work there are amazing!!! But the reason for my one star review is because of their branch manager (Marine) because she refused to do her job to call and verify a large check I had my account went under fraud investigation and my balance went negative because she didn't take 5 minutes of her time while I was the only customer there to verify the check even after I told her you can contact the issuer and the issuers bank!!!! To verify that the check is legitimate and the funds are available this was supposed to be a 2 day hold but now there's a 10 day hold on it!! Which is bringing me a lot of late fees and on other bills. I hope this review reaches her personally so she understands if you don't like your job find something else to do and don't mess other people's accounts and further more you don't have to work there if you don't like it!!!!!! One of the worst place ever. The manager is rude, no communication, angry, and shunns customers. The manager yells at employees in front of the customers. The voice mail says im assistant to district managet, however, she never returns calls. The manager disregards customers. Worst service ever. Complained to the district manager, they promised they will review the issues and call back, they never did. The assistant took notes and oromised to call, she never did. 2 weekslater icalledseveral timed, tonoavail. I called, each time it goes to voice mail and no one picks up the phone. Be careful. I don't recommend this branch at all. No wonder the branch is this way, if the district manager fails to listen to customers complaints, doesn't return calls as they promised they would, of course the manager will continue providing bad service. The manager if she feels like talking to you she Will, if she doesn't she'll walk away and doesn't even look at you. This is toxic bank branch and loves to charge fees right and left. One of the worst experiences I have ever had, the Manager deposited a check for me instead of cashing it and depositing it like I told her to, she told me funds will be available the next day, that turned out to be a lie, my scheduled transactions were denied, I called and had her fix the issue and she never called me back. Will be switching to Wells Fargo soon because of her. Customer service also lied to me when I called them, the person said: "Sorry it's not our problem, you should walk into your branch." The customer service manager said he would call me back and never did either. All this company does is lie to you and steal your money. read more
