Impossible online at this day and age which is bad. They change the staff so they don't pick up the phone. I always have to walk in and do that which is inconvenient. This Well Fargo has its own parking lot on the back, a drive thru ATM and a regular ATM in the front on the street of Ventura. You don't have much privacy on the street so I'll never advise using that ATM. My wife was able to withdraw money from the ATM with no issues.

I received a phone call after coming back from social security half hour ago. I could give zero stars, I would. I've been trying to help my 89-year-old father--who has dementia, is hard of hearing, visually impaired, and illiterate--get his account verified with this bank. We've provided every document imaginable: passport, ID, Social Security card. We even went to Social Security twice just to satisfy their requirements. After all this, a representative from the bank called me with the most unprofessional and cold attitude I've ever experienced. Instead of offering help or understanding, she gave me warnings--yes, warnings--because my elderly father couldn't verify a number he didn't even set up. Are you kidding me? Yesterday, my dad almost choked on his own saliva in my car. Today, we dragged ourselves to yet another government office just to get him "verified" again. When I explained this, calmly and respectfully, I was met with zero empathy. To top it all off, someone actually told me to send in his birth certificate. My mom recently passed away. My dad is mentally declining. I'm a single mom raising two kids, dealing with grief, and now this mountain of unnecessary bureaucracy. It's clear this bank lacks not only compassion, but basic human decency. I remember getting all the information that helped persuade to open a membership. They assisted me with a credit card and then a personal loan to help me be debt free from past credit card uses! As of now, I'm close to paying off my debt and feel that Logix FCU gave me the chance to make that a reality! It's also great to say that every logix location I have had the pleasure of going to have all been great service all around! I know I will have a life long relationship with logix as I will also open an UTMA account for my nephew to help save for his future! No phone call, no proper notice--just locked me out. Michelle Wagemaker-Dawdy, the VP and branch manager, was rude, unprofessional, and refused to help. She told me, "There's no one you can speak with," and just closed my account. Because of this, my credit card payment got reversed, I'm being hit with late fees, and nearly $700 is missing. Still no response from them. Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your money and sanity, take your business to Chase or any real bank that actually communicates with its customers.
