ONLY PURCHASE IF YOU ARE READY FOR CAR REPAIRS IN ADDITION TO YOUR CAR PAYMENTS!!!!! "AS IS" is scary but after daughter spoke with salesman, doesn't mean that car would be in bad condition. Jonathan stated all vehicles are reviewed by their mechanics. Not a vehicle that would be taken for long trips just a vehicle to get to A and B. This vehicle did not even do that. In less than a month the vehicle broke down, They provided a new battery, thinking that would solve the problem, turns out the vehicle needed a new fuel pump and fuel filter. That was fixed a week ago, now they vehicle broke down again and sounds like it is choking on liquid. Asked to trade this in for something that actually runs so she could fulfill her payment obligation but of course because they sold her a lemon they are not going to take back. Jonathan also put down that my daughter works for a specific company when in fact she does not, she is a single stay at home mom who cares for her autistic son so is unable to work. Having a vehicle is a necessity to provide for her children but unable to provide reliable transportation because of this unfortunate purchase. Why can't people do honest business? I WISH I could give a negative # of stars !!!! Johnathon was super friendly, wonderful and simply doing his job !!! However, JOSE should have to have his Mom, Sister, Daughter, and Wife all drive these cars they sell, and allow them to be left stranded, left with a repair bill greater than the cost of the vehicle and told to "f off" !!!! I am truly disgusted by the lack of care or concern!!! YES I was MOST DEF. DEFRAUDED BY THIS DEALER!!! NOT disclosing a front end collision, NOT disclosing mechanical/electrical issues, NOT disclosing anything that would drop the value of the vehicle significantly is indeed DEFRAUDING the consumer. This is BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Yes the vehicles are sold as is, understandable, however, there ARE LAWS IN PLACE in the state of California that protect the consumer !!! I literally had the vehicle for less than 24 hours before the first issue was brought to light. I immediately contacted Jonathan, whom made it seem as though I would be taken care of. After trying to get ahold Jose for weeks ( I DO HAVE A FULL TIME CORPORATE CAREER AND AM A MOTHER, trying to get ahold of him during the few hours he is there is nearly impossible) I was told " too bad" literally this is what he told me. I was told to have my attorney contact them if i feel i have been defrauded!! Well, according to the California DMV, Consumer affairs, etc. YES I along with several other customers have in fact been defrauded and treated completely unethical by JOSE and the rest of the staff at this Dealer/Auction. My vehicle along with MANY others fall under SEVERAL laws/ codes according to the State of California. Bottom line a dealer/auctioneer CAN NOT sell any new or used vehicle at public auction that is not in compliance with the provisions of the California Vehicle Code (CVC). ALSO, THEY DID NOT OFFER THE OPTION TO PURCHASE THE TWO DAY CANCELLATION OPTION WHICH IS REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA LAW!! THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE ANY ISSUES WHAT SO EVER!! THEY RESET THE CODES SO THE CAR WOULD NOT SHOW THE ERROR LIGHTS, HOWEVER THEY WERE STORED, THEY FORGOT TO RESET THE ENTIRE COMPUTER!!! THEY CHARGED OVER $4,OOO MORE FOR THE VEHICLE THAN WHAT BLUE BOOK IS GIVEN ALL OF THESE UNDISCLOSED ISSUES, AND REFUSE TO COME TO ANY AGREEMENT. All cars carry a clean title, and have smog done on them and must pass a very strict inspection! Cars here range from 1,200$-7,500$ and have a low buyers fee and everything you pay at the DMV, you pay there. All cars also have the KBB prices on the window just in case you think you're not getting your money's worth. This place is for desperate people and i fell into that category for a while. I bought a vehicle and five days later it broke down, it was the definition of a lemon. Engine and transmission repair and the cost was over whelming. Due to the cost of the repairs i fell behind on my loan and was three weeks late and they repoed it. so i had to pay the repo fee and the two payments. I would only recommend this place to some I really really hate, and I don't hate anyone that much. Update, repo company damaged the transmission and dented my rear bumper. read more

I understand consumers take that chance in buying a used auto but you just hope you have found the right place to take this chance. Unfortunately, this place is NOT that place. STAY CLEAR AWAY and DO NOT buy your car from here. We bought a used 2005 Explorer and the wheels just about fell off. For starters, 2 different size tires on the back and front and with very little tread. Next, driving the car for 1 week and the car just dies. Trip to the mechanic for a $450 bill on top of the $500 new tires, the car is now already almost more $1K than we paid. Thinking okay....maybe that was it in repairs but NO...there is more...driving home from work and the sensor goes off again to let us know something is wrong with the transmission so now our car is back with our mechanic and we are just dreading with this new issue will be. Last comment before you go to this place looking for your new/used car - I was never informed or told about any rust and paint peeling from the top of the car and was not able to see this from my point of view (short!) and you think an honest sales person would at least let me know this and deduct some of the sticker price. Wrote an email to sales person and got ZERO response. I SO wanted to recommend this place as a go-to for car needs but I would not recommend to anyone and would only recommend to stay clear AWAY. read more

They sold us a death trap. They state that they " check all cars " before selling ... I was told the car got an oil change and was ready to go and great ! First day out I need to get gas ... GAS tank needed a key. WHICH they didn't have , so they had to break the gas knob and now I drive with a broken gas piece .. also , they never checked the oil . The second week driving , the radiator exploded and Almost cause a fire with my 1 year old in the car ! I understand an auction is used cars , I get that , but DONT promise your customers things that the car clearly doesn't have nor did any of the liars check ! I can't drive this car around because of how dangerous it is , the auto mechanic I brought it to, even said " they screwed you over, they should have known and stated how many issues the car has " so the fact they lied just to make a quick buck is inexcusable. Bought a bmw from Jonathon car came with no headlight or side mirror the ac blew for the first two days then ran hot they promised a new mirror ended up waiting forever them to take one off of another car they had in the back they sent me to a a few different shops around Orange County to get some of the problems fixed they fixed the headlight and ac free of charge I had to go to Arizona for a family emergency half way there the oil light and coolant light came on & so I took the car to get a oil change at big Ol tires and found out that it had a cracked radiator coolant leaks and oil leaks so I call Jonathon and tell him and he says bring it in and they'll fix it when I came back they refused to help cover the price because The mileage passed the 1k mile warranty so I bought a new radiator and fixed the leaks nevertheless the car is in good condition just be ready to fix minor repairs when purchasing read more
