Dishonest and a huge waste of time and money. Called on April 2nd and spoke to Bassem about a 2018 C63 convertible they had in stock. I asked questions and asked if vehicle had ever been in an accident and if it had any rim damage or issues with the car, to which he answered no to all. The pictures listed on CarGurus were good looking so I took his word. After filling out all the information to purchase vehicle thru my credit union, I decided to check out their website, and to my surprise, even though CarGurus showed no accidents/damage, carfax showed moderate damage to the whole front of vehicle. I then asked if there was any noticeable paint issues, to which I was also told no. After spending $500 to fly to Orange County to purchase car, the vehicle was no where near the condition I was told. All but 1 rim had MAJOR curb rash damage, the convertible top on the inside was separating on the passenger rear corner, and most importantly vehicle had clearly been in a LARGE ACCIDENT. All the body gaps don't line up on the front, the lettering on the side of the car was missing letters and extremely crooked, the bottom of the front bumper was damaged and had very cracked paint, the drivers headlamp assembly was loose, and to top it off, the paint used when the repairs were performed was a extremely thin coat and didn't match the back half of the car (see pictures) Being upfront and honest about stuff like this is very important in this industry, especially when someone is traveling over 500 miles to purchase the vehicle. The owners were very apologetic and said the sales rep was new, however, at the end of the day, the vehicle just wasn't what I was told it was. I was asked by the owner prior to confirming the purchase, did your salesman answer all your questions, which I answered yes. However, clearly he just gave the answers that anyone wants to hear, not the truth. I had to end up trying to find a last minute flight home which cost another $500. I'm out $1000 and also an entire days of wasted time. The owner was nice enough to provide a $50 uber credit to the airport which was a nice gesture, but what about the $1000 wasted in flights due to the dishonesty of your "new" salesperson who laughed at the condition of the car when we arrived? For a car dealership to have 4.5 stars is telling. I purchased a 2021 Tesla Y from OC Autohaus. Bob and Kifah were professionals. It can be super stressful to purchase a car however Kifah did a fantastic job in keeping this process calm with no pressure. Saw a listing of 2016 911 GTS at OC Autohaus the past Friday. Drove to Westminster to see the car, bring with me a 2017 911 base for potential trade in. When I walked in, I was greeted by Hoa and George. Then I see the beauty in the mid of the showroom. BTW, the building is tastefully constructed, and parking lot is full of high-end used cars. The 2016 GTS was in perfect condition. and their asking price is very fair. I made the decision within 5 minutes of sitting into the car without even test driving it. Then I asked about the trade in. They offered me a very fair price. what can I say? hand shake and done. The owner, Vincent, walked in and introduced himself, a honest businessman. He even took me out for lunch after the deal was closed. Then I went for the test drive, and as expected, it is a blast to drive. Lucky me to find this rare found collectable car at reasonable price. I drove home to Bay Area with a smile all the way. After that, I asked VIncent if he can buy the 2018 Cayman S from me. After sending a whole bunch of photos and VIN, he offered a very good price (a narrow range, and final price is decided when he sees the car). Let me start out by saying that this place took care of me and my family in a pretty turbulent situation. We needed to get out of a vehicle asap and the team really came through for us. Matt was especially helpful in facilitating a deal in which the lot MATCHED our offer voucher value from Carvana. From start to finish, communication was absolutely impeccable, a rarity in these times, let alone the auto sales industry! We were greeted on time as promised from both Matt as well as the owner of OCA, and welcomed in, offered refreshments,etc. The check was literally WAITING for us when we walked in the door--something I truly appreciated, as time is money! **Response to business. The exchange of information happened on THURSDAY, I texted the sales person twice for updates once I gave my information for the credit check. She told me she would call me "shortly" and never did. And now on SATURDAY, AFTER my review has posted, you attempt to notify me the car has sold. Let's not act like I'm stupid. It's piss poor business practices and nothing else. Found a car on CarGurus and filled out the application online to be contacted and get pre-approval. After face timing and checking out the car, having to give them my information again for the credit check because they said the cargurus application "didn't come through", they ghosted me. I have a second pre approval form my bank that more then cover the car so not sure why they did not contact me back. I guess they don't like business. Seems very shady. read more

OC Autohaus went out of their way to avoid my communication efforts to resolve the issue, so I started an arbitration case shortly after purchase. In mid 2022 (3 years), I won the case, the vehicle's history and condition was misrepresented, the entire process has been highly stressful and financially costly, whilst resulting in not having access a car for 3 years!
