I've only seen the gate not working 1 time in the probably 15 visits I've had and it was fixed by the next day (you were still able to enter/exit as it was stuck open). The manager told me they got a new gate company recently so it shouldn't be too much of an issue anymore and seems like it isn't. It's very clean and modern - I have no complaints :)

Sometimes I cannot access the internet to pay online. I've never had any issues w the employees, Nicole has been very helpful and understanding in my experience. I'd recommend them! I would say don't try and get a unit on Sunday! Always go during regular business hours! VINES STORAGE IN REDLANDS Apparently "several" toy haulers and trailers were broken into A MONTH ago and one was my friend's Didn't get notified until my buddy called me when he picked it up. Looks like no major items taken. Talking with the person there.. "Um im really sorry don't know what to tell ya". So how is it you have cameras, 10 foot walls with razor wire and no answer. Cause the cameras aren't on the isles..oh that's a good F'ing excuse. I will be going to remove my trailer. I would suggest that to anyone else! One star because the building was standing.
