The spaces are generously sized, there is plenty of room to drive around the lot and maneuver in/out of your space, and they have been easy to work with in the front office. We only keep our boat there part time, and winter it in covered storage up north. When we return, we are able to get a slip in a similar location each year on relatively short notice. The only drawback is the limited hours that you are allowed access. The hubby would like to be able to take the boat out for early morning fishing, however the earliest he can get the boat out of storage is 6AM. If he wants to go earlier, he must pick it up the night before and park it at home on our busy street, which is less than ideal. 24 hour access would be nice, but the monitored daytime security is a good substitute.

After 12+ years with them they want to charge us a$10 fee for giving them one key and not 2. Our lock had broke years ago so when they replaced it they gave us ONE key. I can't replace something you didn't give me! Just horrible! They used to not raise the rent that often. Now they do every year and it's quite a bit! We went from $300 to $735 in 12 years! I think in the last 4 years it was $400 to $700! Glad we don't have that storage anymore and we will never go back! We have a storage there for my mom but I'm looking to get out! UPDATE! I hired On the Go to load a trailer in preparation for an out-of-state move. The moving team…read moreovercharged me (I had to get home office to do a correction), but that was only the surface. When I arrived in my new location, I had a different mover ready to unload the truck. What they found was astounding: The movers had paid no mind to how they stacked our boxes, crushing multiple bins and seeing boxes cave-in on themselves. These photos came from the other movers as they thought their counterparts did it, and were (in their words) "embarrassed." On top of this absolute disregard for boxes, 11 pieces of furniture suffered damage. Their label was "cosmetic damage," because nothing broke ... it's just visually damaged (deep gashes in wood, leather scraped off real-leather chairs). The care extended to a couch where they removed the peg legs and through them loose into the trailer (we had to find them over the course of the move). I documented everything, shared photos, etc. Their offer: $100 check due to cosmetic damage. And after a fairly pointed email about the negligence of how they packed the trailer, they just stopped responding. Now, here's the onus on me: I only did base protection. I trusted their reputation and after seven cross-country moves, felt confident we'd be okay. Shame on me, and that'll never be a mistake I make again. I don't expect anything to come of this for me. And that's fine. But hopefully at least one other person will be saved the frustration and expense.
