With the app I was able to access the property, but there was no door code anywhere. This is where my only complaint comes into the situation. It's a very smooth process, but not having a code for the door took up about 20 minutes of my time. I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the property. I left a voicemail and nobody returned my call. Customer service is pretty much non existent. I asked the automated system to text me my codes and thankfully I received a door code. I was able to get in and access my unit. It's small, 5 x 5, but it's perfect for my needs. The location is very secure and clean.

He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". Several weeks ago, I had just purchased a cargo work van and needed a place to store it. I had several work-related delays throughout the day and knew I wouldn't make it to the storage facility in time before close. My next stop was supposed to be the airport so I could fly home to Alaska. I called to say I might be a few minutes late, but arrived 35 minutes after closing, shocked to see the office open sign still on. I didn't tell the manager any of this on the phone, but, perhaps sensing my desperation, he actually waited for me! He promptly checked me in and picked up me and my luggage in a golf cart from my nice secure parking spot at the back of the storage facility. Because of him, I made my flight and got to spend the night in my own bed, while knowing that my new vehicle was in a great spot. (Also, in a good location, easy to find, only 6 miles from the airport.) Price compared and very reasonable, better than other places only slightly closer to the airport that were twice the price. We had a haphazard move to Seattle with multiple people coming at different times to different units and they were totally amenable to this. It was also incredibly nice not to have to worry about finding another company to rent a truck with. We just showed up, got our storage unit key and truck and were on our way. So simple. The prices were competitive with the Seattle market as well. This place went above and beyond with their service. Every time I called they were extremely professional and friendly. We have kept our boat here on and off over the years, and have never had a complaint about the…read moresecurity or quality of the storage lot. The spaces are generously sized, there is plenty of room to drive around the lot and maneuver in/out of your space, and they have been easy to work with in the front office. We only keep our boat there part time, and winter it in covered storage up north. When we return, we are able to get a slip in a similar location each year on relatively short notice. The only drawback is the limited hours that you are allowed access. The hubby would like to be able to take the boat out for early morning fishing, however the earliest he can get the boat out of storage is 6AM. If he wants to go earlier, he must pick it up the night before and park it at home on our busy street, which is less than ideal. 24 hour access would be nice, but the monitored daytime security is a good substitute.
