I contacted this business to make a repair to my Trek hybrid bike and have been getting the…read morerunaround for about a month. I have called but spoken to no one. Just left a message. I have received an initial text from someone who signs it "Nick T". My bike has a broken front fork which needs to be replaced. Since then, I've been texting this guy in good faith and trying to accommodate his time frame, and his (in)ability to find a replacement fork. I've done everything he's asked of me, but I have received nothing but words on a text from him. he can't find a decent replacement for work??? Apparently he's in the wrong business! What a runaround sham. Do not waste your time! Do not expect service or consideration! There are a lot of other vendors, who are willing and able to do repairs, and or sell you a good bike. Stay away from this place where you would waste a lot of time. STAY AWAY. CONTACT A REAL BICYCLE REPAIR AND SALES BUSINESS. PLENTY OUT THERE!

He is very good at repairs and won't give you and crap like most commercial shops will. The only problem is his hours, he's only open one day a week and sometimes he's not even there. The last to times I was there he wasn't in even though it said open. He is very apologetic when this happens so that makes up for the fact. I think it's better to go to a place run by someone who lives what they do then to go to a typical bike shop.

Manny and his team will always overdeliver. Whether they're just explaining the mechanics and basics to a New Biker Or need to be more technical with Advanced bikers they will take their time and deliver five-star customer service. On multiple occasions, I've needed assistance, and they have been there for me even if it's a simple phone call or to answer a question. They do not treat you like a number, and their prices are very fair. This last visit was because I busted my front rim. I had a very expensive rim, and it was not easy to find online due to inventory across the country. Not only did Manny go above and beyond by doing extra research but he also asked me the right questions. For example, why I had my current rims. The rims were on the bike when I bought them so I did not know whether I should be using them or not. Don't get me wrong, they're great rims, but Manny took the time to explain, based on how I ride, that I may need a much sturdier and more resilient rim for the type of biking I do. Boom! That's the difference! The reality is that even though this new Rim was much cheaper it was more effective for what I needed at my level of biking. (By the way this was definitely not as profitable for Manny and Loose Wheel, but it was the right thing to do. ) That's true customer service and putting the customer first! On a different note, They have evening rides most Tuesdays and leave no biker behind. They also have a lot of fun events for kids throughout the year. Great company and a great team. Really cool hats too LOL
