The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, and instead of trying to shove product in your fave, they give you advice that will benefit you. The accessories are cheaper than Amazon! I tried a few cases and got a really good looking case for only $10!!! $10!!! The crack on my screen was bad, and got it replaced within 30 minutes! On top of that they recommended the Tempered Glass screen protector, also for only $10!!! The tempered glass protector has saved my phone 2 times already! one of the worst experiences I ever had. beware it isn't a apple certified screen. my phone freezed & shut off so much after they changed my screen I had to get another phone !! they told me that 30 days they only cover but the kick is even in that 30 days you go to them to fix they tell you to pay more for a phone screen or you have to pay money to get your original screen back. Brought iPhone 12 October 9 for cracked back screen and camera. For a week I have not heard back from them so I call October 18 for an update and was told they forgot to call me with the estimate of how much it would cost to fix it. Before disconnecting I agreed to the price it would cost to fix it. Today October 22 I called and my phone still hasn't been fixed. If they are unable to fix it then they should of said that a while ago instead of having me wait almost two weeks now. Will be getting my phone today and taking my business somewhere else. read more

This place scammed me out of a working part of one of my devices & told me that the entire device was damages / or / defective. I would never trust this company with any of my devices - they may also use 3rd-party or used parts from other devices, who knows. My daughter dropped her Iphone 6Plus and of course the screen shattered. I called the Hasbrouck Heights store and spoke to Jay. He had to close early but recommended I call Dan in Garfield. I spoke to him and he quoted me a price of $75 to replace the screen. Said it would be done in half an hour. I went there and was honestly blown away at how quickly he was able to replace the screen. No lie, it was done in 20 minutes. I also purchased a screen protector to avoid the same mishap from happening. Dan was so knowledgeable and down to earth. He offered the after market screen for $75 or the Apple one for $120. I went with the after market but he wound up putting the Apple screen on at no extra charge. It's rare these days to find a company that truly cares about their customers and gives you 110%. Dan at Phone Medic absolutely goes above and beyond. I will be bringing my cell phones here from now on and highly recommend you do the same. Accessories are over priced. On top of that, the screen protector I purchased was so cheap and fell off in not even an hour of leaving the store. I would give it no stars but ill toss it one because talking on the phone with the manager was helpful and he was very polite about the situation. So as I walk into the store the man greeted me and continued to put on my protector. As he was doing this he messed up and had gotten some sharp dirt in the screen protector. He placed it on the counter and asked for the money, assuming I wouldn't notice. I pointed this out to him and he looked closer. He continued by asking me where I see the dirt as if I were blind or something. He gave up and put another one claiming he was just being nice. After that he wiped the screen without safely blowing the dirt off and now I am left with 3 huge scratches on my beautiful display! He placed the new protector and I asked for a case. The one I took off the wall happened to be for a wrong model. He put it on and it was obvious it was too small. Yet he still says "It's perfect! That'll be 30 dollars!" I asked for the correct case so he got me the one. If I noticed the sharp dust how did he not expect me to notice that? They must think all their customers are stupid or something. So I pay and leave with an ok looking phone. I placed it in my pocket and an hour later I reach for it and the screen protector did not hold whatsoever and peeled straight off. 10 dollars for a sheet was pushing it but damn it was even cheaper than I expected. The adhesive was just too terrible. I call the store and spoke to the manager and he was very kind about the situation and was deeply sorry. He agreed to give me my money back tomorrow when I stop by. So I do and I'm greeted by the same man as last time. He was on the couch with some woman just hanging out and spots me. So he says he heard about what happened and runs back behind the counter. He shoved a 10 dollar bill in my face as if he wanted me to leave as soon as possible. I take the ten then show him the case saying I would like to return this as well because the buttons weren't pressing with it. He tells me I cannot because he believes there's nothing wrong with it. He then says he cannot resell it! (How can he say that when he placed a case the other day that was too small possible stretching it and put it back up on the rack??? On top of that if he claimed there was nothing wrong with it in this opinion, how could he say he cannot resell it?? He said it himself he sees nothing wrong with it!!) So he rudely says he will call his manager and his manager did say I could get my money back. He then angrily reaches and points the bill to my face with a nasty attitude and says "ITS JUST FOR THIS ONE TIME" That was truly uncalled for and unnecessary because there's no way in hell I would be going back there. read more

DO NOT TRUST. They buy stolen and found phones and resell them. My friend lost his phone, used the Find Your Iphone App and found it at this store. The owner at first denied having it but after mention of getting police involved, he called back and offered to give it back, FOR MONEY. We showed up, the case was gone, the iphone was locked after failed attempts of trying to hack the code, and sim card taken out. He asked for money and we told him no, then when half way down the street, he chased us down and asked to take a picture of my friend's id with personal information on it. DO not trust any of the services of this company. They are sketchy and buy from thiefs. I would give this company a -10 star review if i could. read more
