I never thought I'd need to use a screen repair service. In recent past they were unable to guarantee that all functions of your nice iPhone would work anymore. The Touch ID (for example) was commonly left inoperable after using your local service to replace the screen. They were just not so great to leave your $1000 device with. Results were spotty. Then I allowed my 2nd grader to use my phone. She slowly peeled away the silicone case as she played Minecraft and whatever else. When the phone dropped, screen broke! The phone went nuts without a functional screen. My phone became mostly useless because it would press buttons randomly. Could'nt enter passwords at all. it was a nightmare. I had to use a service. So, I dropped it off at WINTECH in Union City. I asked when to return, he said "ten minutes"! I couldn't believe the ya great job. But in 10 minutes the screen was restored. My phone screen cracked, and two weeks later, I dropped it to the point that the screen went black and wasn't responding. The phone worked, but the image was black. On my lunch break, I took a walk over to the store across from the Park Theater, and met with Jay. He changed the screen in 10 mins, and provides the same service on multiple electronics. Amazingly fast service! I dropped my galaxy note edge this morning. I went to two different bestbuys that told me I was basically screwed because the screen was destroyed. I was told repairing note edge screens were not only difficult, but almost impossible because since the phone has been discontinued, parts for the phone arent even available. Because my phone was leased, my contract revolves around my phone, so I couldn't replace my broken one with an old phone of mine. I was told that my only option was to pay of the balance of my phone ($600+) and lease a new one. I was being decribed as the worse case scenario. I felt totally hopeless, and felt like there were no feasible options for me. My boyfriend decided to leave bestbuy as he felt the employees at best weren't helpful, informative, or even knowledgeable about their products. I figured my only solution was to try and repair the screen some how. I looked up Note Edge repair in NJ and found Wintech after alot of searching. I took a chance, and drove an hour away. I called while driving, and amazingly they said they could repair my phone! It would take an hr and be $225 but that was far far less than anything bestbuy was telling me. The price is very reasonable because I researched the replacement sceens for the note edge as being about $200. Once I got there, they repaired it within 15 minutes! They were extremely polite, and my phone is as good as new. They are one of the VERY VERY few places with note edge replacement screens. I couldn't be happier to have found this place! read more

I would highly advise anyone planning to use this guy to buy your own replacement part. He used what I am sure is the cheapest part he could find which, though it works, has multiple sizable blemishes (LCD and Digitizer Replacement). I got a receipt and if the screen gets worse he will be replacing it again, but I could have gotten a part guaranteed to be of a certain quality online, whereas he will not guarantee his parts. Otherwise, the repair was good, but the crappy LCD kind of spoiled it for me. read more

Don't do it! Listen very well, do not do it - you're gonna regret it and you can't say that you weren't warned. The "owner" of this business is really shady and hides his return policies to trick you, but not only that, he will over charge you and use materials from other broken things to fix yours while you're paying a lot for something you could do yourself. Like I said, don't do it. What i would suggest if you can't find a more reputable repair shop or send it to the manufacturer, is to simply try to fix it yourself. Most cellphone repairs are extremely easy to do and you an save yourself an obscene amount of money buying online. I am speaking from experience after i was tired of going to people like this. And if you're looking for a used phone, just go on Craigslist or on ebay. I'm going on my fourth phone and they all worked well (way under market price). read more

After all the business I sent their way they have now made an enemy of me. I guess business got so good his price went up and his quality got cheaper. Replaced my sons screen about 2 months ago to only have it start popping up on a corner 2 weeks later which then turned into a bleed on the screen so I went back insisted it wasn't them that my son must of dropped it again. (Btw my son is 18) Ok I paid yet again $110 and puff next day screen popping up again. Went back the next day and he supposably fixed it. Well that lasted a week and guess what not only is popping up again it's bleeding from the lcd screen again. Came back today to basically be told he will fix the popping but the bleeding has thing to do with it. I will never again recommend them nor will I ever go back to them again. read more

I went to this place to by a Samsung gallaxy S. The guy didn't take the time to take my business. He was rushing talking to me and doing something in the computer, so I didn't get an explanation about the phone and its capabilities. I decided to by the phone and I walked away. Once I turned on the phone it stared to freeze. To make a call it took 20 seconds to respond, and the internet was slow even though I have a 4G service. Then, two days later I decided to go to the store and get a full refund, as soon as I mentioned the problem and the solution I was looking for, the guy changed his mood to a completely unfriendly person. He said that they sell and test the phones several times and that they work perfectly. He refused to issue a complete refund and instead he offered to exchange the phone for another one. I had to accept the refund since I had no other option and the second phone came out with the same problem. Also they sell this phones for 200 dollars which is a rip-off, you can find this phone for 75, so they clearly take advantage of customers. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. read more

Horrible! Don't ever go there. I got my phone fixed and paid over 130 for what should have fixed everything. He left the camera broken which was suppose to be included. The screen was popping half way out. I didn't realize it wasn't fixed right till a few days later. He put a plastic sticky cover over it to cover up that he didn't fix it right. When the plastic cover was getting old and coming off I peeled it off and the screen was half lifted off my screen. That was the only thing holding it down. It cracked in my purse from not being fixed properly. When I went to get a refund he was rude and refused to do it. He was horrible and doesn't deserve to own a businsess. When I asked if there was anyone else in charge or who could help me at first he said yes, but they wont do anything. Then he changed his story saying he was the only one there.
