Been waiting over a month now to get my Xbox console fixed. I know it takes time to figure out whats wrong and to order parts but what I don't appreciate so far is that they told me they would call me as soon as they figured out what's wrong with my xbox...I never got a call so after a few weeks I called to get an update, a lady said they tried different hardwares and seemed to not be a hardware issue so they need to diagnose further..ok no problem...another couple weeks go by without any update so I call again to see what's going on and a lady said they need to replace the hardware, so I said ok...how much will it cost? And I decided to pay over the phone. I just don't like how I'm not getting any updates when they hold me they would call me...so now I'm still waiting after s month and I'll probably have to call back to see when my Xbox is ready because I don't trust them to keep me updated. I will edit my review once I receive my Xbox...whenever that will be. Again, I know it takes time but I just wanted a call from them like they promised but instead I have to keep calling now to make sure I'll get my Xbox back at some point!! Came in here to have two phones fixed. My iphone 11 pro had a charging issue and Blake fixed it in like 2 minutes. He said it was because it was jammed with dirt. Instead of wasting my money on a premature fix he just did it on the spot. A fist bump was the only payment i had to give! The second phone was a old iphone 7 with a broken home button. He told me repair cost outweighed the overall phone value, so i should hunt one down for cheap online instead of spending over $300. I have one more phone i need fixed that im definitely bringing here to be fixed sometime this week. Any time ive had any issues with an iphone and i take it elsewhere, people just take the phone and charge me money instead of weighing out my options like Blake did. Im starting to think all the complainers here on yelp are the problem. Its hard to believe that the nice people in this store want to do anything other than fix your product and keep you happy. Before you get mad at someone because of a misunderstanding, maybe you should try being nice and respectful so people will feel more obligated to help you. These people will definitely help you. This store is fantastic! I recently stopped by after my 2 year old daughter caused one of my iphone buttons to get stuck. Playing with an iPhone with a sticky hand full of candy will do that. I came in to the store at 10 am without an appointment. They attended me without an issue. Within 10 minutes, they fixed my phone at no cost! They are fantastic. read more

BEWARE! Horrible Customer Service, Rude Manager, he gave no help with Asurion Home Plus concerns. I called the store today, and they claim they are too busy to figure out where my PAID claim was. Knowing there would be a problem, I was told by Asurion to have the store manager speak to an Asurion Rep, over the phone, in front of me, if there was any issue. The manager refuses to do so. He said he would not assist in this process, and this is not his job. He also stated that Asurion Claims do expire after 2 weeks. Very condescending attitude, immature attitude, and patronizing tone. No one in that store will touch any of my devices. A 2.5 star rating on YELP is surprising and should be lowerBEWARE! Sale ID: 16835220 Could/would not fix my cracked screen - Samsung Galaxy A50 Was told when I picked up scheduled completed repaired device, "Oh, this is a Tracfone phone, they have to repair these phones, we are not allowed to repair these phones!" When I had the very same phone fixed for the same thing 7 months ago, no problem then. Why can't you fix it now, if you fixed it 7 months ago, for same thing? "Well, we aren't allowed to work on Walmart Tracfones." So I had to wait several hours for them to take the new glass off & put my broken screen back on the phone, before I could pick it up! Couldn't they have asked, or checked if it was a Walmart phone when I dropped it off, why tell me after I drive all the way down there, thinking I'm getting my phone back with new glass? I use my phone very often for work and these guys knocked out the screen repair on my S20+ within a couple hours even while short staffed and busy. Josh provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions with ease. These guys do great given the limitations of the appointment time system not matching real life demand from walk-ins. First come first serve. if its important to you, wait outside when they open. As someone that is a bit tech savvy - this place felt like home. Staff was friendly and honest. Instead of focusing on excellent customer service and actually executing it at the store, seems like "Rachel B" is more concern about responding to honest reviews with some boilerplate response about calling customer service..... why would I call you? I got my phone fixed! In fact, never would waste my time in your store ever again. Do not use this location,in Downey. I took my S9 Plus for a battery replacement that asurion insurance covered. Once there, the Rep(Elias Vargas) told me i needed to replace my back glass because that was there policy. When i challenged him about that he became rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. I asked for the policy and he would not produce it. I asked for his managers info and he said he didnt have it, a minute later he called his manager and I was able to speak to him and he offered me a discount on the back glass replacement. After the call ended, Elias continued to be very rude. When I picked up my phone, mysteriously it was not connecting to the service provider and now my phone doesnt work at all. I recently went here to try to repair my Nintendo switch, and not only could they not repair a simple fix but he tried foisting me to an insurance place to replace my switch. This place is so useless and a rip off, please do not go, or just go to fix lab for console repairs, a much better choice. read more

So thankful for this store! The charging port on my husband's phone was not working (charger wouldn't go in). Fearing that we might have an expensive repair or have to buy a new phone since it's a Note 8, I looked online for authorized Samsung repair locations near me. Most were a good distance but this one was 10 min away. Turned out there was dust build up in the port, they cleaned out in 2 min and I was good to go. The 1st guy that was helping me was nice but he seemed like he wasn't sure what he was doing. They didn't know if my warranty through Samsung covered the screen repair. After verifying with Samsung myself, I went back to the store and they told me it would take about 4 hours to get fixed (if they had the part in the back). After the employee came back from checking, he told me they couldn't fix it because of the damage on the phone. He was unable to show me what damage the phone had, since it's practically new. That's ridiculous. It doesn't have any scratches whatsoever. Then this very rude lady with purple hair came from the back to tell me they will not fix it because they would get charged by Samsung for sending them the damaged part and they told me to go deal with Samsung directly. I had to drive 45 minutes to the store they sent me to and Samsung had no problem fixing my screen. This place was very unprofessional and I will never be coming back here again. read more
