A solid 3 hours for my Samsung ZFold 3 5G to be handed back looking fresh as the day it came out of its original packaging with all parts working. The fold crease was very apparent and my middle screen was fading in and out, then a blank screen. I've been having problems with my MacBook. One day, the computer booted up, there was nothing onscreen. Just dead black space. I brought the Mac in they assessed it and said it needed to go their higher repair facility. I got the MacBook faster than what had been initially estimated AND they didn't charge me the max repair they told me it could cost. Fast forward 2 weeks later... Same MacBook keeps running hot - very hot. Internal fans are going crazy after only a few minutes of being on. Once again, bring it in for repair. Same thing, it might take a week, possibly two and it could be a costly repair, the kind of cost where you'd be better off buying a new MacBook. After an hour, they call me. I'm prepared for the worst. Turns out a piece of paper had somehow slipped under the keyboard through one of the vents and that was causing it to over heat. I went to pick it up and they didn't even charge me. Again, highly recommend. read more

I went there today and the service technician was very professional. I took in a video game console I had dropped. After inspection, the technician explained the console worked perfectly. He would not take payment even though I was clearly excited by the outcome. My only payment is this review. I generally hesitate to go to repair shops as most items seem disposable. I have since changed my mind. The world has enough trash. This company and today's technician is a beautiful addition to a new helpful green society. My Note20 stopped working after 3 months. I was told here it was the Motherboard. Thankful for this place who got my phone replaced under warranty. Dealing with Samsung is very difficult!! Got my phone screen fixed 31AUG2019. I payed $180 for the best screen and the cellhelmet to be applied. When the phone was fixed, I was never told I would need to take a picture of the phone screen in good condition for it to register. The screen broke within 24 hours and uBreakiFix said they can't do anything for me because I have to go though cellhelmet. I explained my situation to cellhelmet and they offered me a 15 dollar discount but that was it. I am now $180 dollars short for a screen and protector that don't work the way they are advertised. I hope this review can save someone else some money read more

I rarely write reviews, but I am SO grateful to the people who work here!! I took my Samsung to them and explained my problems. They told me that I probably needed a new phone and that they could replace my battery and antenna but that it would probably NOT solve my issues. Then the serviceman suggested that I contact Samsung even though my warranty had expired and he even gave me the phone number. So first of all, HE WAS HONEST. Secondly, HE WAS HELPFUL. And thirdly, SAMSUNG REPAIRED IT FOR FREE AND HONORED THE WARRANTY. I probably would not have tried that if he had not suggested it. I think his name was Brian!!
