My Google pixel was a bit buggy but the problem was a known one and was covered by Google. My options to get it fixed, were to send it in or come to a uBreakiFix. The Southlake location is close to me and I just walked in. The woman who checked me in appeared to be new and had some difficulty with the process. Luckily there was a man who came from the back and we got everything straightened out. I was quoted two hours. Just over an hour later I got an email asking about my service, so I called and he told me my phone was ready and I could pick it up. 'm getting my phone repaired at this place under warranty so they ordered the part and then told me when the part came in just come in and bring my phone in and we will repair it it will take 3 hours so I drove 30 minutes over here once they told me the part was in only to have them tell me that they don't have a technician to repair it that I will have to come back tomorrow... EDIT I followed the advice in the response to my review that I posted elsewhere to call a 800 number and they would do whatever they could to help and make it better... so I did and... well and I was hung up on and basically I just wasted more of my time this type of a response on Google reviews is just there so it looks like they care to other customers that are reading the review and I want it to be made clear they don't. Based on that kind of nonsense I'm lowering it from two stars to one star. Seriously? You could have told me to call and make sure that you have someone that repairs phones before I come and bring my phone for repair that's ridiculous also why would you ever not have a repair technician on site at a repair facility what the hell is that? Hire some more people. Absolutely 100% unacceptable service. Wasted an hour of my valuable time for something that they could have easily warned me ahead of time. My phone has an apparent mishap after going naked, without a screen protector, for a few days. The holidays got ahead of me and I found myself with a nasty crack on my iPhone. Thankfully, I had insurance through my phone carrier and they were able to schedule a repair at this location the very next day. I couldn't stand to stare at the broken screen and be reminded that my life wasn't together. I came first thing in the morning and Bimala made sure she was communication with me throughout the whole process. She is a gem of a human and was so pleasant to chat with. She kept the entire place running smoothly and was on top of everything. Hopefully, I don't need to return but will find myself using this location if another mishap occurs. read more

I came in because Verizon recommended this place to get my phone screen replaced after having a huge crack in it. I was told a new phone screen would cost me over $300 and it would take 2 1/2 hours. No one takes that long to replace a phone screen. I had to go somewhere else read more

My wifes S22 ultra had a bad charging jack and was quoted $149 for repairs and the lady behind the desk said that there was a cleaning fee of $24. I wanted the phone repaired and it was done in about 2 hours and works great. What I found strange was the charges, the jack replacement was $108 as a seperate charge on my credit card. After that there was the cleaning charge of $54 as a seperate charge on my credit card. I asked why it was originally $24 and didn't get a good answer. I find this very strange, its like they are keeping 2 sets of books. Phone works great but something is off. UPDATE: Never did get the receipts that were to be emailed. read more

I went in on a Friday at 5 with my business phone, a galaxy z that had a white line in the middle. I drove the 30 min to southlake and was told it couldn't be repaired until Tuesday at 10 am. Not sure if this is when an experienced phone refurbished tech would be in but that is what I was told. I saw that your hours had you closing at 7pm Friday yet ppen sign was not lit and inside was dark. I walked in anyway since door was open. I went on Tuesday at 10 am and was told it would be done by 5. Iy was done by 5 and touch screen is working amazing. Fold on phone is perfect. Camera is working good. Display has no gaps or bubbles . Definitely a top of the line repair and my phone was under warranty so no money was exchanged . Although it was long and drawn out it.does come down to the reliability and performance of the repair. Do not recommend this location. I needed my late fathers iPad repaired to give as a gift to my mother. I was quoted a fix time of 4-5 business days on 8/5. As of 8/22 I STILL don't have the iPad. I have called several times and continuously got the run around as to why it has taken this long. Most times when I have called I'm told that "it'll be in tomorrow" or "I don't have the ability to help you" One time I called, a women said I have an iPad here and described an iPad that was not mine, clearly not even taking the time to look up my name in the system and trying to offer me someone else's device. It was only when I spoke to the store lead, Jake, that I've gotten a sliver of help with confirmation that a part was ordered 8/9 and received 8/10 yet no repairs or updates had been done since then. Today, 8/22, Jake informed me that it's "next up" to be fixed but no explanation for the 12 days of the iPad just sitting around the repair facility. Overall, I'm very disappointed at their customer service and communication. I will not be using this service again. read more

If you go to the Ausurion in Southlake, beware of the lady that works there. She she speaks very poor English which she uses to her advantage because she is very deceptive and it intentional. She will tell you she is going to give you the members price for the item you need fixed. All she will say is "you can go in and cancel later" What she wont tell you is that she is signing you up for the membership that will autocharge your credit card 24.99 per month. She give no explanation of the membership or mention of price because she is trying to use her poor English skills to just get you signed up for the membership with out you questioning it. read more

I originally came in with a minor repair. I needed the charging port on my laptop replaced. Only an $80 repair. In the process of replacing it, they damaged my laptop's motherboard, and then when I asked if they'd fix it at a discount or for free(since they damaged it), they said they wouldn't be able to fix it at all. I ended up having to spend another $350 at Best Buy getting it fixed. Never trust this place with your electronics, they will make it so much worse. This place needs to just shut down. read more

This was the nastiest business office I have ever walked into. A sewer is cleaner and less smelly than this place. I didn't expect this type of service in southlake but the smell was the worst smell I have ever smelled. The floor looked like yard work had been done inside and the floor and place smelled like dirty wet dog. I was told to pay a certain price when I first went to this store to fix two of my phones one with the insurance and the other out of pocket. Then I had to leave town for work and they call my girlfriend and told her it was more for extra work on the out of pocket one which I was made believe I had already payed all the work for as I paid in advance so she didn'thave to pay when I was out of town. She was told that if she subscribe to this program she was going to save money then at the store was told otherwise when she went to go pick the phones up so she subscribeto this insurance for nothing. Workers need to communicate better be trained better or give the exact amount the first time. Totally unprofessional and I will never go here again!
